I’m 32 and I have spina bifida :( I had a feeling something was wrong since I was a kid. Ever since I can remember I was suffering with pain. There was clear signs but for some reason didn’t get diagnosis until I was 32. It’s hard to stand walk or sit. I have like a very deep hole or dimple in my back. My feet are deformed they go inwards. I couldn’t walk normally since baby it took me a long time to walk compared to my siblings so my mom assumed I was slow. I had countless issues. I had to wear diapers because I was unable to hold things in. As an adult it is embarrassing I have to wear diapers sometimes too. I’m in severe pain and slowly getting the help I need as an adult. I was turned down for help many times by drs saying I was fine and the pain I feel is from anxiety and I said no I feel something is wrong! I can’t stand kneel bend or walk normally. Something is terribly wrong I feel pain in my spine. Until one day I demanded an MRI I got it and they said I had spina bifida with spondylosis and other stuff
