Sultan Murad (Metin Akdülger) learns that Kösem Sultan wanted to kill him. Bağdat’tan dönen Sultan Murad, aldığı savaş yaralarıyla iyice takatten düşer. Hastalığı iyice ilerleyen Sultan Murad yatağa düşer. Sultan Murad’ın vaziyetinin kötü olduğunu öğrenen Kösem Sultan oğlunun başında bekler. Ana oğul hasta yatağında hesaplaşır.

Wow! This series is better than the one with Suleiman. There are some scenes that are really magnificent
I have yet to find any redeemable qualities about Atike. She's incredibly selfish and will deflect blame onto anyone but herself. No sense of accountability whatsoever.
I don't understand why their marriage wasn't postponed? Very unseemly to get married right after your older sister commits suicide in front of everyone. Typical Atike to shift blame to others. Silhatar underestimated Atike's infatuation severely. He should have gotten Murad to bring some attractive, athletic, educated, and talented young lords to the capital to hopefully distract Atike.
Gevherhan killed herself on wedding day of her and Atike
The religious legal marriage in that time always happened before the celebration, so they were already married when she killed herself.
But why did they end up marrying and who allowed it? I mean it's pretty disrespectful towards Gevherhan.
Atike is the selfish brat but she is not 100% wrong here. Silahtar is responsible too. He is power hungry and a player, knowing Atike was a childish teenager he did not keep his distance from her, and was leading her on. Then he pursued Gevherhan aggressively without sorting out the situation with Atike, and was even giving her false promises he couldn’t keep. I don’t think he truly cared about either of the princesses, he may have liked Gevherhan more because she was nicer and more mature but deep inside he just wanted to marry any princess and secure his status. Well at the end he got what he deserved...

She knew he loved Gevherhan not her! He even asked for marriage w Gevherhan and.. Atike knew ..😢..her sister even told her very bluntly he loved Gevherhan as she did love Silatar But she chose not to listen ..so stubborn to be in her imaginary world ..as she ignored her sister’s pleas ..SHE KNEW & knows that it’s all her fault and passing the blame to someone else how tragic and unfortunate But this is a series and I’m hooked!

This is y Mirhrimah was so powerful n no other princess was especially daughters of Kosem ...she was so arrogant that she mocked her own mother and her inheritance n thats y all her children died miserably as they neva respected their mother.. they were all arrogant n selfish brats who failed to handle their royalty.
