Bentley, thank you for making me smile and chuckle. I was your age back in 1975 and I loved tinkering with tools and stuff. I ended up going into the Air Force in 1982 and at 18 wrenched on the SR-71 at Beale AFB. I am a retired avionics, nose to tail aircraft mech now. My path started though taking apart and modifying anything mechanical. I love you channel and I hope you're just as successful as your Dad's. God Bless you and your family 🙏
Am I the only one, yellung my TV trying to help him? Like pull the cover off the side, to get all the crap out of it, and trying to explain how he really needs to trimbthe full line... I live watching young minds at work. Love the fact he will research things he doesnt know. A testament to his Dad and what a great influence he is.
Cherokee, it's a patent thing...lol...I know. My eldest son, he's now an automotive shop owner. You just want to jump in and help, but coach only...lol..even though watching a vid. Love Little Grip, he's not scared to lump into whatever he's into...no different that his dad! Love these vids!
You're not being lazy, after 18 trips up to the shop, and trying to get all the right stuff, you're just being honest, you are over it, and that gas line will be just fine, or you can always say it should have been. Nobody knows everything at once, and admitting you don't know, or you're not sure is just how it is for everyone if they are being honest with themselves. I'm 53, and a girl, and i learned a lot from my dad and grandpa's, plus a youtube video or manual can help to, but I'm still learning thing's. When i was a kid, my brother was a lot younger than me, so i was the helper, and i learned a lot from my dad and grandpa's. That's a nice cabinet from your dad, and the new tool's are good to. I like getting stickers to, and put them on my tool boxes. Good job on this rig, looks good. G-d bless.
Suggestion: put your riding gear, clothing & helmets above your chemicals. That way, in case your chemicals spring a leak they won’t drip down on your gear.
Bentley you're such a great person for helping out a friend with his mini bike. You have such knowledge in what you're doing, never be afraid to say i don't know. You learn things by trying so proud of you to keep on trying. Your father would be proud of you.
Real men are not afraid to get greasy. It does clean off. That is why you have shop rags. Today you have smart phones. You can look up anything you want. Take advantage of the information at your finger tips. You are going to learn a lot of stuff. Keep asking your dad things. He knows more than you can believe. I hope you keep on rocking the horsepower... Peace little brother
Little feller, you learned the importance of taking a picture of the carb and throttle/ choke parts to be able to reference what went where so you can rebuild it later. Keep up the great work lil dude.
Bentley is going to be a great addition to Vice Grip Garage someday soon! Don't worry about ripping your jeans. That's the way kids are wearing them these days. You gave them character. 100K subscribers! You're in the Big League son!
You definitely need to replace that broken fan. It sucks air in and blows it over the cylinder fins to cool the engine. I know how little fellers are good at giving those minibike engines all the beans so you need to keep that engine cool. 😂 Awesome video Bentley! Keep it up my guy!
I just watched your Toro Xero Turn mower video and I enjoyed it! (The comment section was turned off, and I can understand that.) Please raise the roll-over bar before you use it much. The hilly terrain that you're going to be mowing on the property is where it'll be good insurance for keeping you safe while mowing. You can even put a sun shade on the roll-over bar, to help keep the sunburns down. Keep it up, and stay safe Little Brother!
I love how his order of operations after unpacking everything is First - check to see if the chain fits so he can order one if it doesn't. Second - "PUT THE STICKER ON THE CABINET CAUSE THATS A COOL STICKER" 😂😂😂😂☝🏻🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That is an air cooled engine. That plastic stuff you found is the cooling fan that is necessary to circulate air over the cylinder head to keep the engine cool. It is very important.
"I don't want to break it, I've already customized it enough." Amen to that!! My old race partner, bless his soul, went for a final shakedown on a Corvette we just finished.........he always wanted a Vette and bought that one that night after meeting a guard rail. He was fine, the car....not so much.
Don't forget to pull the spark plug when your working in the motor like that. Even if you have an on/off switch, you can't be too safe. You don't want it to have one last kick and tear a finger off or fling a tool back at you. Good job!.
I'm from the future, and Brentley is celebrating going into the 9's with his step side squarebody last night. The kid that owned this minibike is his crew chief, and his Dad is in charge of his merch sales. In Dad's spare time, he revives old Ford tractors. Mom has perfected the home made apple pie, and makes millions of dollars on the royalties, and races a vintage 2024 Chevy pickup... and still tells them all when it's time to go to bed.
A guy’s got quite the sense of humor. “I got some super glue, so that’s alright”. I wanted to thank him on the zero turn episode but the comments were turned off. I have an Ariens which appears to be pretty much the same as yours. Kawasaki engine and the deck also looks about the same. I think they’re made by Gravely. Thank you, sir for the info.
Your videos are great and your dad is a great mentor. I love what you are doing and hope you continue with learning about vehicles of all types. Your future is looking great young man, keep up the great work!!
Great job buddy. I just ordered and received your awesome new tee shirts and hat designs. I purchased a hat and shirt for my son's birthday. Keep up the good work. And keep it rubber side down. ✌️🤟💯🏍️😎🌎
Good to see you're taking comments now - you deserve to hear the accolades from your fans. Congrats on 100k. I second the comments about the cooling fan - don't leave stuff out if you don't know what it's for!
Sir ,you are a natural....you are great at working on stuff and good at making videos, just like pop's! Thanks for another great video....from a fan in Idaho.
This is the coolest thing ever, you are literally a mini version of your dad, and ive been watching your dads videos for a long time, so cool, dudnt know you had a channel and i subscribed right away, keep it up little guy, you already know more then most people, even grown adults, its gonna be awsome watching you and your dad for years to come 🤘🤘🤘
You rock, Bentley! You keep learning on those carburetors and when it comes time for you to make a few dollars, you'll be able to name your price, at a shop that works on classic cars. It's a lost art and you're bringing it front and center. Awesome!
Yeah little man! You absolutely need the plastic cooling fan or else your motor will overheat and seize up! The little black metal plate goes under one of the bolts and the other end presses down on the choke lever to hold it onto the pivot pin! But great work! That’s how you learn!
Awesome job Bentley. The sticker for the choke on, off , run, came off my power washer. I don’t use it enough to remember what is what so I finally got a paint pen and put an C, O, R to help. Keep up the great work
Sketchy yes, but it works. Needs a chain guard so no one gets injured. Great Repair and Video Little Grip! Can't wait to see the next one. Thank You. 😀
Great work so far Bentley! Did ya check the teeth on the front drive sprocket? If they're shark-finning, or stretched, they could shred that new chain. Yeah, that fan that blew to bits really helps an air-cooled motor. Duct tape, zip ties and rigged throttle return springs are just par for the course and they work for all motors. Nothin' like a good "richer than" one-liner, too.👏👍👍
“ A bolt? That’s always a good sign. “ That’s exactly what you’re supposed to say. You’re gonna be a master mechanic. Yup, you’re gonna be your dad’s competitor. Wahoooooo!!!!
100,000 subs! Good job Bentley, well deserved! All of my mini's when I was a kid were, shall we say, sketchy as all get out, lol. As long as it worked, it was good enough. Your friend is gonna love it, great work getting it going for him 😊
Great job Bently!! Maybe consider fabricating some type of shield to block the back of the new air filter and prevent washout coming off of the rear tire and loading up the air filter with water, mud, etc
A chip off the Ol' Blockheaded father and sweetness of the Mother, Happy Mother's Day to the Misses, which isn't a miss at all, She's a total hit and homerun.❤
I admire that you are not afraid to say “I don’t know “ and do research. Keep trying and never stop learning.
Yes, I also like it when he says IDK, but he’s learns and is full steam ahead 😎
Bentley, thank you for making me smile and chuckle. I was your age back in 1975 and I loved tinkering with tools and stuff. FAIR WARNING TO VICE GRIP GARAGE :
LITTLE GRIP GARAGE is catching up to your channel and there's no stopping him. He's on a roll...!!!!
They grow up fast... A little guy could end up taking the reigns if pop doesn't watch out!😆 Getting better on cam every episode!
I've said this from the beginning. A family business that this guy is going to eventually take over.
Ask for a bike lift for Christmas Bentley
That needs to become one of your tag lines! "I've got superglue, so it's fine." Great job!
that line had me in stitches.
So proud of you! Good job, buddy!
You have a right to be-- he's not only super smart, but adorable! XX
❤He's a good kid for sure
You and your dad are an excellent team, these abilities that you are learning will help you for the rest of your life. Be blessed.
Am I the only one, yellung my TV trying to help him? Like pull the cover off the side, to get all the crap out of it, and trying to explain how he really needs to trimbthe full line... Yep. I was doing the same thing. Well...maybe not YELLING...lol
Nope you're not the only one
Cherokee, it's a patent thing...lol...I know. My eldest son, he's now an automotive shop owner.
You just want to jump in and help, but coach only...lol..even though watching a vid. Love Little Grip, he's not scared to lump into whatever he's into...no different that his dad! Love these vids!
You know this is the reason why I still have hope for future generations!❤ love yall so much keep up the great work!❤❤❤
As usual, a free anything will be the most expensive one you ever owned!
I've got super glue!!!!, how Awesome this young man is Exactly like his old Fella and they should be so Proud of him. Great job Bently
I STILL say 'Ooh, stickers!' Nice job little man!
I don't want to know the man that isn't still thrilled to get stickers when he buys something
That's the cooling fan... a guy needs that! 😆
Nahhhh it's weight reduction.
Engine will overheat and seize without the fan.... Just sayin'... Otherwise, love the initiative.
Looks like he put a fan on it. You can see it on start up I think
@@zitrogarage2636no that's the recoil as he pulls the rope.

second this comment, good advice
The definition of “A Chip off the old block”. Keep up the good work!
You didn't do anything to break it bud. That thing was already toasted before you started working on it. Great job fixing it up
Way to go dude...I am sure you know this but just a reminder...be careful putting sparkplugs in with an impact
Zip ties and duct tape! Chip of a guys block! Great job Bentley!
Bentley, I was laughing so hard at the end when the footpeg fell off. Your are doing great! Im sure Mom and Dad are so proud👌👌
Bentley you're such a great person for helping out a friend with his mini bike. You have such knowledge in what you're doing, never be afraid to say i don't know. You learn things by trying so proud of you to keep on trying. Your father would be proud of you.
The fan on the flywheel is what keeps the engine from overheating. You should get one on there.
Real men are not afraid to get greasy. It does clean off. That is why you have shop rags. Today you have smart phones. You can look up anything you want. Love the new cabinet, gear, and tools, Bentley. You deserve it, you're putting out great content! Keep up the great videos bud👍🙏😄
Tip.... Move Ur helmets and gear above Ur oils and brake cleaner in case they leak 👍
LOL Richer than Mr Beast Good one!!!!
Bentley is going to be a great addition to Vice Grip Garage someday soon! Don't worry about ripping your jeans. That's the way kids are wearing them these days. You gave them character. 100K subscribers! You're in the Big League son!
If a guy isn't failing, he ain't learning fast enough. Keep after it, Bentley.
You definitely need to replace that broken fan. It sucks air in and blows it over the cylinder fins to cool the engine. I know how little fellers are good at giving those minibike engines all the beans so you need to keep that engine cool. 😂 Awesome video Bentley! Keep it up my guy!
This kid is going to go long way good work dad
Love all the new tools. Go easy with that impact on those aluminum engines! Great job Bentley
As long as you have fun at what you do you'll never have to work.
We’ve got a new macgyver over here! Excellent work. I bet your parents are so proud of you 👍🏼
I just watched your Toro Xero Turn mower video and I enjoyed it! (The comment section was turned off, and I can understand that.)

5:20 i like your work but in the cabinet please put all liquid and chemicals at very bottom👍🤙
You must be one of very few from your generation who knows how to do any of this, or isn't afraid to try. Keep it up, you're doing great!
You 🪨 Bentley! Just like a mini Derek, njoy your content! Keep up the great work!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Love the throttle return spring solution.
The best way to learn is by doing! I admire your tenacity.
Fixing stuff is fun.
David Freiburger would approve of the ziptie throttle return spring! Great job!
That is an air cooled engine. That plastic stuff you found is the cooling fan that is necessary to circulate air over the cylinder head to keep the engine cool. It is very important.
great job Bentley,you're a natural,you have a gift!
Your parents have done a great job raising you and your brothers enjoying your channel
"I don't want to break it, I've already customized it enough." Amen to that!!

Young gripper tearing it up I love it Kenny Clark Vancouver Washington
Keep doing what you're doing! You'll soon be giving Derek a run for his money!

Good to see you're taking comments now - you deserve to hear the accolades from your fans. Congrats on 100k. I second the comments about the cooling fan - don't leave stuff out if you don't know what it's for!
Thanks Bentley for the neat video. Minibikes like that were very popular when I was a boy in the 60's.
I still wish I had one, haha.
Little dude I loved the sketchy thingy. LOL....

Your a little legend buddy. Keep tinkering, that's the best way of learning. You remind me of me when I was young, only you are more knowledgeable.
Your perseverance is something to admire, like your Dad. Well Done.
Hi Bently nice video 📹 and workmanship sorry for all your headaches !!!
Thanks for sharing Bentley! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙋🏼✌🏻✌🏻

I don't know a lotta kids at his age rake so much responsibility and say "if I broke it, I'll replace it... "
Awesome job Bentley. The sticker for the choke on, off , run, came off my power washer. I don’t use it enough to remember what is what so I finally got a paint pen and put an C, O, R to help. Keep up the great work

Bentley knows more about carbs than 99% of adults. Good for you! Keep it up man, you’re doing good 🇺🇸
“ A bolt? That’s always a good sign. “ That’s exactly what you’re supposed to say. You’re gonna be a master mechanic. Yup, you’re gonna be your dad’s competitor. Wahoooooo!!!!
Wondering why the revival of the square body pickup posted on Friday got taken down....That was a big time step for this channel...
Just came to comment the same thing it was a good vid hope it gets put back up
What ever make things work is the way to go. You did great work on that bike Bentley.
Regards from Sweden.
Great job young man keep doing what you doing that's the only way you'll get better at what you doing love the video
You are doing a great job Bentley! You're very smart and creative. Keep this up your gonna take all your viewers from your old man.
100,000 subs! Good job Bentley, well deserved! All of my mini's when I was a kid were, shall we say, sketchy as all get out, lol. As long as it worked, it was good enough. Your friend is gonna love it, great work getting it going for him 😊
So awesome how you rigged up the basics to make it run to prove the concept. You can make it pretty later.
😂 "HOT SAUCE ENGAGED"
Hey do you have an Amazon wish list? I'd like to get a few things to add to your new cabinet. Keep up the great work lil man. 👍🏻
You basically built a new mini bike. Good job.
Great job Bently!! Maybe consider fabricating some type of shield to block the back of the new air filter and prevent washout coming off of the rear tire and loading up the air filter with water, mud, etc
Just awesome and brings back memories of my father and I. Classic moments "no clue but that looks right" if it works is it wrong , lol 😮😂
Good job Bently. You will get it all figured out.👍
A guy may wanna replace that cooling fan. That's what cools those air cooled engines I guarantee.
“Oh no… what is that?” is a feeling and phrase that is uttered far too frequently in my garage 😬
great job bentley, i love your determination to finish a job
Awesome video God Bless you and your family Amen
Tha apple dnt fall far from tha tree ...lol how cool is that ...I miss my son so bad he hasn't spoke to me in about three years
A chip off the Ol' Blockheaded father and sweetness of the Mother,
Happy Mother's Day to the Misses, which isn't a miss at all,
She's a total hit and homerun.❤
Man, Bentley is such a smart kid
He’s going places when he grows up
