Thank you for making this. I live in S.C. as well and I order tons of stuff from y'all for Transformers. I've bought a dozen Sideswipe weapon kits. They are great. This one was awesome! I love it.
Had a problem with engines as well. Trim down the diameter of the ends with an exacto knife then the caps fit nice & tight. Awesome vehicle besides that.
Put mine together last night. Wish there was a sticker diagram for where they go. So cool made me feel like a kid again. I can remember getting the original when i was a kid back in the 80's.
This is an amazing product. I put mine together last week, just in time for the Retro Zartan figure. I did have a little trouble with the black plastic parts, they were all tight fits. I used the exacto to trim a small amount of material off of most of them so they would fit better. I think running an appropriately sized drill bit through the smaller holes could have helped as well. Overall I am still very pleased with this and it looks great in my collection.
@Nonnef Productions Order two a couple of days ago... I'm wanting to paint the "padded" part of the seat black, was wondering if you had any recommendations on what type of paint to use?
The engines can be a tight fit, and some may need shaved down slightly. If you have any problems reply to your confirmation email and they'll do what they can to help.
7.5~8 out of 10 I like it, it looks great sitting next to Zartan, but it has a few problems. The black handle bars (at least on mine) keep falling out with the tiniest of twist, even when fully inserted, reposition them just a little and the back out. The lime green shell feels a little cheap, very flimsy plastic, maybe if it was made out of something stiffer? The shell (at least on mine) is riding very loos against the frame. And lastly, the handle bars and front skies can get out of alignment VERY easily. I can't wait to put the stickers on when they get here. I was stupid and didn't order them with the vehicle, and more stupidly didn't wait until the end of the vid to place my order so I could use the code. WATCH THE VID, USE THE CODE!!!

Same. I just couldn't get it together without shaving the caps down. It was fine when I did. I'm happy with the way it turned out.

So what do you do if the engine ends won't fit on the engine tube? The tube is too wide to fit the ends on mine
