"I hate clutter." Proceeds to show studio full of clutter. Listen, this is a great space with great storage options. You just need to organize it better, especially that kitchen situation. Group like items together (ex: cleaning supplies go in one spot and dishes go in another). And get a dish rack. Put it where the plant is on the counter and move the plant to the nightstand. Also, invest in a wall curio cabinet and get those travel trinkets off the window sill; move the books onto the window sill. Add a blackout curtain above the bed. Using curtains to block the cold out helps with heating bills (even if yours is included in rent). It's a cute little place but it needs some organizing. Thanks for sharing!
Listen, I get it. You do better when you know better. She needs to watch a few organization videos, go to a dollar store and pick up some bins to corral some of that stuff using labels. Great suggestions BTW. That unused mirror could be propped up on a wall to help give dimension and bounce around light. It's a cute lil place.
Your studio is so pretty! I recommend getting some small baskets to put your trinkets away it makes it look very cluttered, for your makeup you can get some cheap organisers or a big makeup bag to keep it contained because again it looks cluttered. You also mentioned you don’t need the humidifier, I would just sell whatever you don’t need for extra cash and it reduces the stuff in your flat. You don’t need to use every single shelf in your flat, just declutter the stuff you don’t use and don’t buy so much stuff you don’t need. I’ve lived in small studios for 4 years now and declutter every few months. It really helps 🫶🏼
IKEA sells a nice little wall-hung, fold-down dish draining rack which you could put over the sink where your rail with hooks thing is now, which you could move over beneath the other rail and hook device; dishes draining on your step stool is kind of awkward. If you want help with some hidden storage options maybe Toronto-based RUclipsr Alexandra Gater could help you out, either through watching her videos or asking her to do a makeover for you as part of her Studio Fix series. She has been known to travel eastward to do in-person makeovers but during lockdown she helped out a lot of people remotely. Very cute studio apartment and with a balcony and great location--lucky you! Very cute dog, too!
You could ask the super to level out the stove/oven easy peasy fix.. I would also use the oven to hide away my pots and pans when not in use. Also get a Britta water filter or something, stop buying plastic bottles. Also yes, group like things together.. you have cleaning supplies all over the place, couldn’t they fit under the sink with the trash.. it will make it look more cohesive and less cluttered
Your apartment is very cute it has a lot of charm there is actually room for all your things you just need a little help with organizing hopefully someone can help you. Also the landlord should fix your heater and your stove. Good luck with the washer and dryer I'm surprised anyone uses it. Thanks for sharing your space.
Your lovely, your apartment is small, but cute! Lovely neighborhood, and your dog is adorable!, Reminds me of my own dog, Ollie, i lived on Marlborough St and Exeter back in 1968- 1970 hippie days and i loved it! Yes, you can walk to everything, I would love your studio, if I could live in Boston, i loved living there! You have organized things really good! I have a small apartment, and I understand it's hard when you don't have enough space for your things! I love seeing little apartments, so much fun seeing how you decorate! Enjoyed your tour of your place, it's cozy! Enjoy Boston! Sending love, wendy
Glad you found an apartment in an area you like and have made adjustments about laundry etc. You are able to find storage ideas online that may help you to make use of other space ....But it looks as thought it is a comfortable place you have made your own . I truly hope you are pleased with your choice for a long time and remember to enjoy it .
Woah! You need help. They have hanging dish racks at ikea that mount on the wall. Hang the step stool on the wall. The shelves stuck on the wall helter skelter are a nightmare. Hang them all at the same level and get closed storage for your stuff. They have pretty recycling/trash units, get one of those to hide the recycling. Remove any extraneous stuff and create some moments of beauty on a ledge, one shelf… good luck.
I love your studio! It’s got so much potential. Maybe look up some videos for ideas to organize and decorate your studio. It can be much more charming.
Lovely apartment! Btw, Massachusetts heavily favors tenants over landlords in its rules and regulations, so if you let your landlord know about the moldy washer, the radiator in the bathroom that doesn't work, and anything else that isn't how it should be, the landlord should fix or replace what is needed. And if they don't, you can report them, especially for things that are safety or health issues (which both the mold and the radiator not working are). Hope this helps!
So glad I stumbled across your video, Beacon Hill is one of my favorite neighborhoods! I also live in a small Boston studio that I pay way too much for, so I feel you hahah but I do have to say, everyone in the comments is right; it took me all of 5 minutes to find your exact apartment. If you still live here, I really think you should take this down and edit out the views out of your windows and the description of where you are. Beacon Hill is a small neighborhood, you don't need to specify landmarks. That said, don't worry about the clutter comments, you're doing really well for an apartment that difficult to arrange neatly. If you ever want another city friend, I do live really close to you and love making new friends!
it is such a cute neighborhood! and yeah, i definitely won’t be as specific with my next apt tour 😂 i’m always down to meet new pple as well! feel free to send me an email!
I live in a 200 sq ft studio apartment too in Boston and it took a bit but I have totally hacked the storage so it doesn't have clutter or mess anywhere at all. Wish we could meet up I would totally help you spiff it up lol
Some of it doesn’t even make sense … why is the box of swiffer pads acting as a doorstop?? Why do you need to dry the dishes on a random step stool ? Get a rack that goes over the sink and roll it back up and out of the way when your done? The jugs of water on the floor by the bed? Put them in the fridge or on top of it.
This randomly got recommended to me and I bet it's a wonderful video and I'm happy for you, Beacon Hill is real nice even though its expensive, but it's also a VERY easy to find and small place. Not at all a gated community or anything of the sort... please be careful with how much info you give.
Girrrrl, like others have said, this is too much information youre giving out! I'm from Boston and I know exactly where you live by this video 😬. Be careful out here!
Quick solutions no money oven can be used to store pans or a simple ikea rod and hooks. You have cluttered clutter. So much storage options you can get cheaply like the Dollar 25 store… Would not share this video🥶
@martaszafirowska7784 oooh its expensive but a decent price for the size and location. My first studio was literally the size of a hallway and had no closet space and was $1900. I was desperate but broke out of my lease and moved back in with my parents. My studio now is way bigger
It’s a cute apartment it just needs to be organized better you have plenty of space for one person please be safe don’t be give too much detail of where you live they are a lot of psychos out there
Your place is a mess - looks like a sloppy teenager's bedroom. Should have cleaned it up before the tour. Get rid of the string lights, get some IKEA storage units, organize the kitchen, and live like an adult. The apartment, though small, could be really cute with a little effort.

Omg this is the first thing I thought but didn’t want to be rude and say it🤭
Let the other one be rude

Adorable place just love the neighbourhood and that balcony. It needs organising though .,, better storage etc
😂😂😂😂

Please be careful about giving out so many details about where you live. A lot of this was too specific.
exactly. Im from Boston and know the areas shes talking about. Her following is small but you always want to be careful.
Same thing I was thinking. This is scary. I would delete this video if I was her. Too many creeps.

Really cool apartment. It could be decorated really cute. Good luck and enjoy your apartment. It is adorable.👍☮️
Great space. Love the natural wood. Can you hang your mirror above the fireplace?😊
❤❤love the pup and balcony!! You found a great spot. New subbie💕🎶📸🧧🎴🧚🏻♂️🥑
thanks so much :)
plenty of space for functional organization...which is needed here
I love your studio! It’s got so much potential. Maybe look up some videos for ideas to organize and decorate your studio. It can be much more charming.

Mold & oven yes, radiator idk... but worth a shot

Its cute! Just FYI, poinsettias can be toxic to dogs. So next houday season hust be mindful of what plants you get. Mistletoe is also toxic to dogs.
from one Bostonian to another you have the cutest studio!!
thank you! 💕
Nice unit.. but, you need to organize it better and add some nice touches.
Thanks for sharing your space! Have you tried unplugging that stove eye to readjust it? That should do the trick.
What a neat place; Beacon Hill is very well known for its Federal Style buildings and quaint streets 👌.
Sawyer is adorable!😊❤❤❤
thank you!! 💕
From outside Boston and I love beacon hill. And love a whiskey girl amazing
nice studio and cute little dog I subbed
thank you! :)
For you to hate clutter why is your apartment full of clutter. Get rid of stuff. Group like things together. Get baskets to put stuff in. Clean up,!

yes, i’ve moved from this studio but if i ever film another apt tour i will def give less information
Nice!
Cute place in a great location. Way to cluttered though.
Big mirrors help a space feel large.
Girrrrl, like others have said, this is too much information youre giving out! I'm from Boston and I know exactly where you live by this video 😬. Be careful out here!
A cute apartment you have done a lot with it.
How much cost? I wanna come to Boston and searching 1+1 apartments for rent.
Lovely apartment, but it just looks like a mess. It could be wonderful with a declutter and some styling.
Would like to know how much the apartment costs and/or expenses
1900, all bills except electric are included
What’s the rent?
Why are you letting people know where you live?!
And the layout of the building and her apt number 😐😐🫠
You need curtains and to get rid of all that junk.
how much is rent?
1900
You hate clutter??! You have "things" all over the place. You can place a dish dryiing rack over your sink, after you do your dishes.
Quick solutions no money oven can be used to store pans or a simple ikea rod and hooks. You have cluttered clutter. So much storage options you can get cheaply like the Dollar 25 store… Would not share this video🥶
Get a berkey water filter. No more plastic
How much is your monthly rent ?
1900, all bills except electric are included
@martaszafirowska7784 oooh its expensive but a decent price for the size and location. My first studio was literally the size of a hallway and had no closet space and was $1900. I was desperate but broke out of my lease and moved back in with my parents. My studio now is way bigger
You must have a LOT of money to be living in Beacon Hill. I live in Boston and it's extremely expensive!
I’m so sorry I have to be honest. I’m surprised at this video because it’s so messy ? Cute space but needs to be picked up and organized.
It’s a cute apartment it just needs to be organized better you have plenty of space for one person please be safe don’t be give too much detail of where you live they are a lot of psychos out there
Please get a Brita pitcher with filter and stop buying plastic water bottles- please!
You are my neighbor

“I hate clutter”….shows us an apartment full of……clutter.
Overpriced and cramp, the equivalent of an NYC apartment.
Yikes very cluttered.
Pretty bright more or less you lead someone to your home. Not smart. To many crazies out there. With saying Boston is safer.
Very disorganize place
Lovely prison cell.
