Stanley Thermos - Outdoor Retailer Summer 2016

It was a real pleasure to spend even a few minutes with the fold at Stanley. They were real and we were able to connect over an appreciation of each of our stories with Stanley Thermos'.
Outdoor Retailer Summer 2016 was a busy place and it was nice to be able to connect and here of the passion behind the incredible line of products that makes up the Stanley line up. Stanley Thermos has been around since 1913.
From the beginning in 1913 Stanley has been pushing innovation to answer the need for cold and hot beverages to maintain temperature for longer than a few hours. Stanley is the originator behind 48 hour ice water. Many people are getting excited these days about growlers that keep ice for 24 hours or more. Stanley has been doing that for more than 100 years!
I can still remember sharing ice cold water with my grandpa as he let me drive around on his John Deere tractor. I am excited to continue the Stanley tradition and teach my kids of the great products available.

I get what you mean, Stanley is the OG brand, yet a lot of people be gettin hype over hydro flask and stuff that haven't been around that long at all, while Stanley has been around since 1913, That's 106 years.
Crazy right?? Stanley just needs to push more of a hip modern image. Maybe.
@@GingerAdventurez stanley needs to redesign the thing that holds the handles they break off to easy its a poor design, but the bottle is good, make a video on the master series
I'd love to have one, no TWO, of every model in every color! This video made me jealous!
Seriously, Stanley makes some amazing stuff. I want to add more at every opportunity I can. Do you own anything from Stanley yet?
+Ginger Adventurez, Yes, Sir!
So far, I only have the 24oz stainless "Adventure Camp Cook Set" and the all-grey "33oz Large Floating Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Hot or Cold #2595" Thermos bottle. Both are amazing products!
Now, I'm trying to decide between a Stanley Stainless 64oz single-wall Growler and a double-wall of the same. If budget wasn't a factor, I'd already own both!
That's 2x what I own. Way to be. Have you heard about how their coolers perform?
Where do you get them? Have you seen them for a better price them amazon? - bit.ly/StanleyClassicInsulatedThermos
So far I'm up to 3. But I like the green so they're all green.
Nice video! Can't beat a Stanley!
Thanks Drew. They are amazing. It was cool to see the models from years past. A lot of them were super beat up and it was a great reminder at how resilient Stanleys are.
True
Great video ! Really cool stand
Thanks! Stanley has some rad stuff. Ever owned a Stanley thermos?
I like YETI rambler and my Stanley both go well together.
Indeed they do. I like both as well.
I make my coffee at 5 a.m. when I leave the house. Poor my last cup at 6 p.m. on way home and it's still a HOT cup of coffee. Not warm. Hot. And it's December in new jersey right now.
It is impressive stuff!
@@GingerAdventurez sorry master series and master unbreakable is same or difference ?
sorry master series and master unbreakable is same or difference ?
Nice looking stall
I agree, I am hopeful to be able to attend Summer OR this year, it is a little trickier now that it has moved to Denver.
Stanley Heaven!
Stanleys are great.
It really was!
I would like to own one, but i have no use for it...
Keeping cold water cooler for longer and cocoa hotter for longer is what we do.
Hi, can you canghe your title and add MASTER SERIES STNALEY, because your video is the only one have this.
Regards
Thanks for commenting and watching. I am not sure why you are inviting me to change the name? Am I calling the product the wrong name?
Hi, the name is right but, Stanely will sell a new line name is MASTER SERIES next year and this new series is in you video from second 52. But Stanly will have not adverstisements for it. I was searching videos about this new series and I can't find. Thanks for your response.
Oooh gotcha! Thanks for the heads up. I will for sure need to update the name.
Good idea
Have a 2006 stanley thermos I haven't figured out what it's good for yet I put hot coffee in it after 6 hours I know have room temperature coffee I have a thermos brand it can keep it hot for over 12 hours so what is the trick to make a stanley thermos work I've tried priming it doesn't matter when I check it after 6 hours cold coffee
Hmmm I wish I knew more so I could help you out. Is it possible that it has a broken seam/weld?
Tell stanley theyll replace it
The vacuum between the two stainless walls leaked and is gone and now the space is just filled with air which can conduct heat through convection and conduction to the outside of the bottle. So instead of losing 2-3°F/hr with a proper vacuum, yours is losing significantly more. If your coffee when in at 205°F and 6 hrs later it is room temp (70°F) that is a delta of 135°/ 6 hours = 22.5°F loss per hour.
I've had my thermos for 4 years now. I always use it to keep my coffee hot whenever I ice fish or go on drill weekends. Screw yeti or any other poser brands, I'll stick with Stanley brand
Stanley is definitely the OG. They have some great stuff.
Anyone know of a killer deal on these? The classic is on Amazon for a great price but I wonder if it is better anywhere else- bit.ly/StanleyClassicInsulatedThermos
Ginger Adventurez I love your determination to find the best deal possible on the great things you buy but, tbh, Amazon prices are often hard to beat. Try eBay or a Google Shopping search.
True. Amazon continually has the best prices but they don't always have the newest items or broadest selection.
video whiplash and no information on the master series, what this was supposed to be about.
Nothing fancy, just showing off the Stanley booth and bottle at Outdoor Retailer. Thanks for stopping by!
Stanley made in China?
I am not sure.
@@GingerAdventurez I am sure
@@GingerAdventurez @jimmars is correct. Stanley was purchased by Pacific Market International (PMI) in 2002 and they moved all manufacturing out of Tennessee and to China.
I like stanley products. I have 2 of them. I wish they were not made in China.
I completely agree.
I wish it were easier for US companies to manufacture domestically. It is an unfortunate reality that Asia is the most affordable manufacturing option.
