Glad I found this video! I do a lot of art projects and use xacto knives and was told to try the Olfa 18mm knife. I just purchased one today along with some extra blades and I was wondering what to expect. Thank you for sharing!
I hope you like it as much as I do. While a bit pricier, I really do prefer it for any kind of "important" work. I still keep the old knives around for opening boxes :)

Funny you used a razor rather than the HF or Stanley to open the package.
Just a habit I think, I always have a 100-pack of single edge blades around and they're sort of my everyday utility "knife".
