Gorgeous tooling! Love the history and respect paid to the tooling artist of the past!
Thank you for your kind words!
Beautiful! Well now that you will have extra time after retirement you should train a California bridle horse. I fear it is becoming a lots art. I had one as a child and I can honestly say there is nothing more needed in a horse then a well trained bridle horse. Funny... as I ask you to do it, I see myself guilty of staying in a snaffle bit and not continuing my horses.
Well LilMiss, my methods are not strictly California bridle horse. I just feel like some of our modern equipment like transitional bits etc. are an improvement. I do use a hackamore to start my horses, and I do double rein into a leverage bit, although not for as long as a true traditionalist would. Thanks for your comments, and thanks for watching our videos!
Beautiful 👍
Thanks

Dale: Thanks for your video. Outstanding craftsmanship.

Thank you James!
Dale: I don’t do Facebook. So, I’m wondering how I could communicate with you about acquiring some of your leather products?
@@jamesfleming2295 James, you can email me at wdfredricks@hotmail.com and I'll give you my phone #
Man that is outstanding craftsmanship Dale!! My great grandpa was a California Vaquera. How can I get in touch with you? I don't have social media.
Thank you Gary. The vaqueros definitely had some beautiful equipment and I try to honor that tradition in the items I make.
