One more thing I would add is a power bank. I always carry one in my group of friends and I can say it saved out lives trying to order a lyft from EDCLV, electric zoo after the events because by the end of them our phones would be a low battery percent and would be a bad experience if our phones died and had no way to get transportation back to our hotel.

stickers! A large roll of yellow acid smiley faces to plant on people is super fun!
for camping I always pack my Yeti party bucket to keep battery packs, keys, glasses and other essentials safe and dry.
Now this is a list for a good time. I love the Plato santo, stones, and sticker idea: I would’ve never thought of it: & I use them all the time! Clutch. Definitely going to use this list- thank you so much!!! I just went to my first rave yesterday 🫶🏽🫶🏽🌞‼️

I hate to say it, but I never bring a water pack or anything that’ll hold water (but I know I need to)!! I usually just rely on people noticing me passed out on the floor.

This might be a dumb question but how do you find raves to go to😭
dig through your local electronic music scene on socials. follow djs, venues, check music listings for your area. 'raves' vary by definition and aren't always obvious, depending what kind of scene you're looking for - i personally prefer clubs and smaller venues rather than festival - so i'm looking for something like: sets start from 10pm and at minimum finish 4am but preferable 6am onwards + the genre is uptempo or prog house / techno based stuff
as you're asking this question, i'm guessing you're a newbie without rave friends. it's stupidly easy to make friends at mdma-based events (pro tip: hang out in the smoking/chill areas every now and again (if you're rolling yourself this is actually important to do to cool down and rehydrate)) but if you don't have the confidence to go alone then try to link up with ppl in advance or drag a friend along. if you live outside/away from a city or urban centre - i'm sorry for you and good luck lmao

Is this for a rave or an extra colorful marathon? (As someone who has never actually been to a rave... what do you do/how long does it last...is a camelbak really necessary?)
+Josiah Stork Raves are definitely a very colorful event!! People dressed up in bright costumes/outfits. Each rave/EDM festival is different though. Some are a few hours, some last all day and night. So a camelback is definitely necessary for those longer festivals, especially in the summer heat. Must stay hydrated!

+MUSICLOVER72 Don’t knock it til you’ve tried it! The ones I use still allow lots of sound in so you don’t lose the quality of the music. It’s not like the regular foam plugs that muffle all sound.
@@FatBoyDoug...think I'll stick to hearing the tunes properly via my ears and not compromising the sound and volume with ear plugs. I'm old skool and go to raves and Trance nights to hear the music and dance my ass off all night!!

MUSICLOVER72 I thought the same thing and ignored it for years. Then a few weeks back I was in the rail at Minnesota and my eardrums were ringing so hard while I was headbanging I had to leave to find a new friend with a spare pair before I could get back to the rail.
