    Definitely can hear the hiss, but holy cow, that sounds awesome.

      Exactly. By the way from two feet away you can’t here the hiss and the cell mic amplifies it, i think if there’s no “hiss-gate” hype i don’t even mention it.

    Did you consider the 12? Wondering which one to get. The price difference isn’t that different. Wondering about your rationale in going with the smaller speaker.

    • @korneljanega
      @korneljanega  11 месяцев назад +3

      I had the same trouble. I have chosen only by size, couldn’t checkout them before purchase, but I believe the 10 is perfect. Maybe bigger speaker deeper sound, but the volume is more than enough, the tone is great and the 10 is simply easy to care. The power is enough for small gigs even if I use loops, rhythm and sing. And honestly: if the show is so big the volume is not enough with 10 it won’t be enough with 12 either…

      @@korneljanegaalso if the volume isn't enough you can connect to PA thru the xlr and use it as monitor

    Ok honest question. Headrush FR108 V Fender Tone Pro FR12 or FR10. That sounds awesome and seems to make the amp models come to life. Am I wrong? Or just hearing things. Thank you for putting this out.

      I have never played the Headrush FR108, used to gig with an LD Systems stereo PA. Nice, but Fender Tone Master FR is a different universe i believe, you are right the amp models come to life with it. Here is a sample for in-the-room looping jam tone, also you can find the daw audio in descriptions, to compare and hear how clean the room tone is: Fender | ToneMaster | FR-10 | In-the-room | Looping | Wickedgamestyle | Daw record in description - ruclips.net/video/LIhGqXUzuF8/видео.html

      I had the Headrush 108 for a couple of days. It sounded really bad. Extremely boomy bass. Didn’t sound as an amp in the room at all 😢

    Using a modeler with the FR-10 is it possible to get good sound at low volume to play at home?

      @@josalarcal33 Absolutely. Of course there is a limit, but it’s possible to use it at low volume without driving crazy your neighbours.

    Sounds great mate. But does it also sound good at low volume in a small room?

    • @korneljanega
      @korneljanega  5 месяцев назад +1

      This time I use it with BossRC600 and Dream 65. If both are set halfway volume and the FR-10 is at 5(ish) it is nearly okey and hopefully you won’t drive the neighbours crazy.

      @@korneljanega I`m very impressed, it sounds warm und clear. I have one last question. I have a Positive Grid Spark Mini and a Hotone Ampero Mini. Which cables do I need to connect these devices to the Fender FR 10? Many thanks in advance.

    • @korneljanega
      @korneljanega  5 месяцев назад +1

      @@Badrique The FR-10 has normal 1/4" and XLR Combination input - both you can use, but probably the best is just to connect one of your devices 1/4 normal output (the Hotone should have one, the Positive Grid is unknown to me) to the input of the FR-10.

    • @korneljanega
      @korneljanega  11 месяцев назад +1

      That’s makes a sense, although me myself never worried about carrying amps - but I prefer to have a portable all-in-one speaker like this which with I can enjoy all the sounds my pedal board could make, also vocal if needed.

    • @Illiyinmusic
      @Illiyinmusic 11 месяцев назад +3

      Then you wouldn't get one and only go through front of house. People that buy these are people who like their modelers for the amount of amps, pedals, and Implulse reponses in them compacted into one thing, but also was on stage sound or to not play with headphones at home without going through studio monitors.. it makes perfect sense to get one...

      @@Illiyinmusic, I’m leaning in the same direction. Run front of house with the FR as your monitor, have something you can do small gigs that doesn’t have all your needs, push air with friends jamming. You have all the bases covered. But Fender really needs to do something about that hiss!!!

  • @Steve-qn8gn
    @Steve-qn8gn 9 месяцев назад

    People complaining about a hiss have been using either their computer or a modeler for an amp. That noise is crazy low and isn’t impacting anything.

    • @BB-pi2wd
      @BB-pi2wd 8 месяцев назад

      Anybody NOT complaining about ANY hiss from a $500 solid state amp obviously knows dick about electronic design. If you can't produce a DEAD silent solid state mono amplifier for $500 you are producing garbage. People absolutely should take issue with it.

    • @Steve-qn8gn
      @Steve-qn8gn 8 месяцев назад

      @@BB-pi2wd you don’t understand amplification. It has nothing to do with the dsp modeling, that’s not where the hiss is coming from. It’s coming from the power amplifier, the section that is powering the amp.
