SUPER COOL Hilltop Restaurant | Farm-to-Table in Virginia's Wine Country!

This restaurant in Virginia, Patowmack Farm, gets almost EVERYTHING they put into their meals from their on-property farm. They raise their own turkeys for Thanksgiving, their own chickens for eggs, and have a garden for all the produce. Chef Vincent took me on a tour of the property and introduced me to all sorts of plants and herbs I had never even heard of! Anything they don't do on property, like cheese and fish, they get from other local Virginia farmers. Once I sat down with my friend Renee to enjoy the meal, I was transported.
