this is one of the reasons i love star wars so much; everything about it is so beautiful and the soundtrack is stunning and the cinematography and scenery is full of detail. there's something about star wars that's special and nostalgic and it feels like you're watching a dream from far away.
I know a lot of people probably won’t see this. But I just wanted to talk about my father, and how I saw him. My dad loved Star Wars, he grew up with it, and he was happy that he did. I liked the Star Wars movies as a kid, not enough to start collecting though. My father struggled with depression, and was diagnosed being bipolar. I saw him as Darth Vader, because he struggled the same way Vader did, and he did not want to live the way he did. In 2017 my father passed away, I was 13, I am now 17. He was finally at peace, he returned to the light, like Vader. After he passed, I realized how much Star Wars meant to him, it was his escape, his comfort from the world. And now, Star Wars holds an incredibly special place in my heart. I have started collecting things, and I have the things my dad had. Even from when he was a kid. He told me a week before he passed (we had no idea he was going to he seemed healthy) “when I go, all this stuff will be yours”. So now, I see myself as Luke, going on a different path, and not ending up like my father, but being like his “anakin skywalker” side. May the force be with you all.
At 3:36 Sounds like Harry Potter! Love that John Williams music! I’m a huge fan of both Harry Potter AND Star Wars as I grew up with both and it’s fantastic that I can hear chords for both when ever I John Williams’ music play in certain scores! It’s like the best of both worlds and a light cross over. Gives me MASSIVE nostalgia vibes from them!

After seeing all that , i really have to say that star wars has the perfect shooting of scenes shot from the back of the character. Its just BEAUTIFUL.
I don’t care how many people criticize the sequel trilogy, the prequel trilogy, and even sometimes the original trilogy, I still love them all. Do they have flaws? Sure. But are any of the movies terrible? To me, no. The only one that even comes close is Attack of The Clones, but that’s only because of how cringe some of the acting can be, more specifically that of the early Hayden Christensen, but he improved already by the time of Revenge of The Sith, so I don’t blame him as an actor, he just didn’t have enough time to perfect his role until the following film. I guess Jar Jar’s role in The Phantom Menace and Rose’s role in The Last Jedi was a bit much, but they didn’t completely ruin the movies for me or anything like that. But other than that, I don’t have any genuine problems with the movies themselves. They’re hella fun to watch, full of so much heart, and have some great craftsmanship and effort placed in them no matter the film. They all connect together just fine, especially if you watch them as they are intended with the largely original unaltered trilogy first, (only thing I’d change is Emperor’s apes Ren even in Empire Strikes Back with Adywans version) then the prequel trilogy, and then the sequel trilogy. I guess I could make some edits and scenes to the prequels and sequels if I wanted to since those could add in more more weight to the overall narrative, and they definitely help, but it’s not like you have to be forced to tinker with them, they’re good as is, even if they can be a little bit on the short side in a small handful of instances. Nothing that detracts in the grand scheme of things though. Even the whole Rey Skywalker thing doesn’t bother me too much since she’s adopted by chosen ones and is a part of that club herself. She definitely wouldn’t want to associate herself with the man of nothing but pure evil anyways, that’s for sure. Sure it would put his past name to shame since it would represent good going in the future, but there would obviously still be big conflicts for that whole idea if Leia is anything to go off of when people found out she was connected to Darth Vader, and he actually got redeemed. If anything, I’d imagine Rey would still have some conflicts with the overall galaxy if they found out anyways, especially if she was training an actual blood-born Skywalker who could be the son of Luke for an expanded trilogy in episodes 10-12, which I think could also happen in another 10-20 years given that there was always intended for there to be 12 main films by the time of Empire Strikes Back anyways. I definitely think the last definitive trilogy in the future will be pretty creative and take some elements from the Legends continuity, even with the Yuuzhan Vong. Maybe even throw Plagueis in the mix. They kind of have him built up anyways since Snoke is most likely a failed clone off of him, and it would bring even more conflict since he practically made Anakin Skywalker exist and was also the one who trained Darth Sidious, so he’d be a great middle ground to represent both the light and the dark sides at once for our final Skywalker, to show that the good cannot exist without some bad. True balance emphasized for one person, and to end up rejecting his lineage himself as a former Skywalker by the end of it all to set his own path. It would be a very effective and fitting end to the saga that can rival that to Return of The Jedi’s where literally everyone is united in some form or another. So yeah, I definitely think there’s potential still to do more with it even if just by a little more. I do appreciate the fact that the sequel trilogy exists now though proving that not everything has to be set in stone under one guy that often gets too much credit for the franchise as if he’s the only one who created it. There are plenty of talented people who helped make the movies as good as they are and made possible in every different and separate field, even the prequels to a much smaller extent since he was the one with too much director power by then, which is why those were as flawed as they were since they did very little to challenge him. And the sequels have flaws too, but for an exact opposite reason, that they didn’t know what to do with it. They had too many ideas to throw on the table and were never able to commit to only one until the third and last film of that trilogy. Not that it’s entirely a bad thing since we got both a very safe and very different movie with The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi respectively, but it just goes to show that having too much challenges can be a tough beat to follow up on too just as much as too little. At the end of the day though, say what you want about each movie being flawed for some reason or another, but all 9 films in the Skywalker Saga will be enjoyed by millions more people for many generations. It’s a timeless series that showcases the heroes journey, the magic of life, action, redemption, spectacle, drama, loss, hope, fear, love, the powerful Goliath empire, the underdog David rebellion, the past, the present, the future. It represents everything you can be and should be to become a better person, even at your lowest point. To show that across all of the planets, stars, and various other made up alien species, that we are all still human deep down in our hearts. To show that no matter how unlikely and impossible things may seem to overcome, that they can be resolved if you just try hard enough without giving up, and such a message shows even in the works of the movies the, selves as the core of it bleeds out into how the movies are built. Just as much as the values are the ground itself to walk on, they are just as much the same values the holds the beams and curtain. The true masterpieces for cinema... *bUt AnYwAyS sEqUeL tRiLoGy BaD LoL* (Gets hundreds of likes)
Oh, that final moment of this tribute ... As I watched the video, I was silently hoping that the Binary Sunset moment in Episode IV would be the final clip you included. Perfect. It's like I'm eleven again, experiencing Luke's story, and I'm filled with wonder and awe once more.
I can’t express how much this saga has done in my life. It’s always given me something to come back to and look forward to when everything else in my life is moving backwards. I genuinely hope that someone watching this who has never seen Star Wars before is inspired to watch because of this video. Everything from the story to the music, to the cinematography is absolutely stunning, even in the older films. Don’t let the fandom stray you away either. Formulate your own opinions about the movies instead of letting the fans influence your point of view because it’s not worth it.
I've been paying attention to the left right positioning lately, it was pointed out that usually in the cinematography right is good, left is bad. For the majority the hero's move right or stand on the right until they are doing something either questionable, insecure or hopeless then they go left/look/stand on the left. Nice touch!
This is one of the best sagas ever seen, it shines for its soundtrack, it shines for its characters, it shines for its stories, it shines above all for its creator George Lucas ......
Something I noticed about Across The Stars while watching this: it depends on you perspective of the song. It can either sound uplifting and joyful, or be on the verge of turning to the dark side. Either way, it's a beautiful piece that can be put into a lot of scenes of all 3 trilogies if you wish.
It sounds either romantic and happy or sad and mournful to me at times. I was listening to it today while doing homework and my mom is like this music is so sad
I felt it deeply when I realized there're almost no characters who lives happily in Star Wars. Almost all of them experienced a tragedy in thir lives some of them multiple times and some of them even had to suffer for big part of their lives. There aren't happy endings in Star Wars. Most of thems are kinda bittersweet. The Star Wars are just truly tragedy. But beautiful one.

In my opinion, Star Wars lives on for not only inspiring generations, but for mainly anakin and his story, Star Wars from the very start was the portrayal of the chosen one (anakin) and his journey towards for filling his destiny, it’s the relationships I created with these characters as this deep and emotional story progressed over the years that made me feel such a connection with the films, and for that I couldn’t be more grateful for all the writers, actors and directors that had a part in making my childhood one to remember, anakin and his story will live on forever!
I think the same, Star Wars is the lifestory of Ani, his talents, gifts, problems, which are the problems of all people, and his great love to padme, takes him to the dark side, and a bad boy have a little part inside, too, which is good.
I loved them all! Not just the originals, but the prequels and the sequels too! Why? Because of Obi-Wan. Also, i think that "the senate" is the best character.
1:40 blew my mind seeing that for the first time as a kid, coolest thing I’d seen back then, well along with the final fight in the first transformers movie, I was obsessed with that too
Star Wars is just like a fairy tale from our childhood ... A Mythology in its own right. It's a story that breaks with history lessons. A universe where everyone can find something for themselves. How gorgeous.🌌🌟
I will always be a genuine star wars fan, since I first saw A New Hope when I was five years old, until I'm old and grey like old Ben Kenobi. I never understood all the haters, I simply enjoy all the films for what they are. Thanks to George Lucas for inspiring so many generations!
"The dark Is generous, and it is patient, and it always wins. But in the heart of it's strength lies weakness: one lone candle is enough to hold it back. Love is more than a candle. Love can ignite the stars." From the novelization of Revenge of the Sith

Star Wars is a much watch movie series. It may have it’s ups and downs like the prequels and sequels, but you can’t deny that it’s a fantastic story to ever be brought to cinema.
I dont have words to explain how beautiful is this edit and the whole saga. 9 movies, one saga, one family. Thank you for this masterpiece
Well for me it was only 6 + rogue one
And also tcw and the rebels cartoon shows😂😂
Also the mandalorian for now😂
But not that sequel trilogy
@@ashishverma2008 but the saga is 9 movies long. Your opinion won't change it
@@spacewalker4984 no it isn't
A vast majority of people believe that
What if Disney comes and announces that sequels were not canon can that work for u??
Just asking 😂
@@ashishverma2008 well they own star wars now so yes. George Lucas sold it, it was his own rightful decision so Disney can do now whatever the hell they want. Sequels are canon now and until somebody who can do it says otherwise it will stay this way.
@@ashishverma2008 I agree, just because I'm a Star Wars fan doesn't mean I have to blindly like everything about it without giving criticism. The sequels have some good stuff but Ep.1-6 is the true saga for me
I hate it when people on tiktok be like „the beauty of star wars“ and then just show the fight scenes like its all what star wars is about. But you got it all ❤️ thx. May the force be with you.
After seeing all that , i really have to say that star wars has the perfect shooting of scenes shot from the back of the character. Its just BEAUTIFUL.
Most satisfying franchise to look at

I love how Grievous' lightsabers are timed with the music
That's a huge comment I still like 7-9 but I prefer 1-6 cause
The reason is because return of the Jedi has a better ending than the rise of skywalker
To think a movie about a little boy and a bunch of space wizards would make me cry
many times
Oh, that final moment of this tribute ... As I watched the video, I was silently hoping that the Binary Sunset moment in Episode IV would be the final clip you included. Perfect. It's like I'm eleven again, experiencing Luke's story, and I'm filled with wonder and awe once more.
mad respecting for choosing to use the most underrated star wars song in the franchise. Across the Stars is my favorite song from the saga
Damn that was a great video. Maybe once The Clone Wars is done you could make a Beauty Of video on that? That show has a very cinematic look to it
I missed the show, maybe one day!

@@TheBeautyOf Whelp, It finished almost 8 months ago now & is still on everyone’s minds it ended so well. Now would be the perfect time.
Oh yes, that one shot of Obi-Wan in season 5 in the siege of Mandalore... amazing
You should do the beauty of Stranger Things 🥺 the cinematography in that show is phenomenal.
The music in the backround is just... ahhh and the sun set at the end.
I've been paying attention to the left right positioning lately, it was pointed out that usually in the cinematography right is good, left is bad. For the majority the hero's move right or stand on the right until they are doing something either questionable, insecure or hopeless then they go left/look/stand on the left. Nice touch!
Wow. Watching this just made me realise how much I just love Star Wars.
Say what you want about the prequels and sequels but, my god, did they ever have some gorgeous cinematography and set pieces.
Well except for rey 😂😂
She lives happily and will be same(Mary Sue simply)
And I don't think they will do the same thing with rey as they did with Luke and Yoda 😂
@@ashishverma2008 Well she still lost Leia and Han who were her parents figures. And also Ben who traded his life for hers. I don't think she lives so happily either.
@@XiaoLynn well u know that never seems to affect her

My favorite scenes are luke on tatooine in ANH and Ben standing on the ledge of the Death Star in TROS. So beautiful 😖
C'mon guys! this video needs to have more likes than the Harry Potter one. I love both, but I think we all know this one is a slight bit better. Plus Star Wars is the best movie franchise to ever exist.
Ummm not the new ones.
This is beautiful. I visit this again from time to time.
Yes you are right!
I think the same, Star Wars is the lifestory of Ani, his talents, gifts, problems, which are the problems of all people, and his great love to padme, takes him to the dark side, and a bad boy have a little part inside, too, which is good.
No matter your opinion on The Last Jedi, you cant help but admit every frame of that movie is visually gorgeous.
I loved them all! Not just the originals, but the prequels and the sequels too!
Why?
Because of Obi-Wan.
Also, i think that "the senate" is the best character.
