This is the New York the mayor and governor always dreamed of.
Great comment. 100% correct.
There voters dream too

Keep voting for the politicians and judges.
“They asked, why he was not serving his two year sentence on Sunday “?
It’s NYC, no one serves time!
why vote? elections are real anymore anyway
Who votes for judges?
@@cryp4life509 The politicians that are voted in are appointing the super liberal judges. So might as well be the same thing Mister!!
@@dirtsauce Which judges would these be Mam? As far as I know, these appointment's are for life. The overwhelming majority of judges in ny have been appointed for well over four years already. It's not like judges get appointed every four years under new Mayors, governors, or presidents. In actual fact...it's Trumps admin that appointed the most judges of any admin ever. Oh the irony.
Same trash, every time
Probably easier to list who wasnt the victim of a crime yesterday.

A lot of mental ppl out here
@@moneyhungryvisionzz7450, yes, indeed. By the way, folks, even psychologists, often times misdiagnose "different", but harmless and non-problematic, people as having mental issues, whereas in fact they do not. People who have mental issues are only those whose actions, or lack thereof, could easily be dangerous or just problematic, either to others and or themselves
I bet he still votes democrat.
Don't throw pearls before swine, no good deed goes unpunished in liberal New York!
@ericvlasenko760 and yet southern/red states have the highest rates of violent crime. Go figure.
Who are the judges that keep letting these people out….. they need to be disbarred this is ridiculous
Since a famous person was attacked, they leave this animal in jail.
Whoever let this guy walk should be held liable
Scott Adams was right.
This is impossible, even in principle.
I bet he voted for all of this.
As if you never made any mistakes your whole life, you perfect creature.
Living in NYC is far too expensive to dwell in the midst of all the mayhem that is going on there. Price goes up, quality goes down.

you can't go around and assault Arnold Rothstein and

All these crimes, murders....Hochul must be accountable for. She allowed these monsters to walk our streets without consequences. She is the accomplice. She is just as guilty.
It’s the judges and other actors in the judiciary system making the deals to fulfill all their ridiculous clearance quotas, not Hochul

My family would meet from all over the country in New York every summer for over 30 years but not anymore. The last time we were there our car was broken into and so was our hotel room. There were thieves on every
corner just waiting for us to let our guard down for even a split second. We left the next day - a week earlier than planned- and will never go back!
NYC: no consequences for attacking, robbing, etc people .. none!
They are incentivized to do it again.

Bruh I’m dying 😂
Richard Harrow was always most thorough. He always got the job done. Total badass..
Somebody needs to tell Stuhlbarg that according to Mayor Adams, crime is just a perception and that he probably wasn't really attacked. We'll all be waiting to find out why the attacker was out on the street and not serving his 2 year sentence. Probably some Democrat shenanigans again.
I wish and hope my plans work out, so I can get out of NYC this year, after having lived in Brooklyn for 32 years.

Why would you even think of helping these creatures
Better the gentleman give his coat to a charity organization next time. Approaching these people in the wild is dangerous.

It doesn't matter where you at in the Park. It's just gonna get worse once summer comes. NY has no Law.
This is why you don't approach homeless people.
This was a nice gesture the actor tried to do, but why did he get so close as if he's tucking the guy in? This was bizarre for sure. But no excuse for the homeless person robbing/beating that guy.
Yeah, I have approached/sat with/given rides to/ate with and spent a lot of time with homeless people. A friend of mine is homeless, I have let him sleep on my couch once or twice. I have taken them to the store to buy needed medicine or food, even helped one study for his GED. Most homeless people are just kind people who were left to rot by society and their families, or their families were so messed up they didn't have a chance. My friend, for example, also had two sisters, a brother and a mother who were all homeless, and his dad was dead. Who can help them? Was it his fault? I don't know. I just know that we shouldn't assume they're all crazy or violent because a few are. Now you will never catch me approaching a sleeping homeless person because you have no idea what their demeanor is, you can't get a feel for them, but I recognize the kind and sad ones and always try to offer at least direct eye contact, a warm smile, nod and "hello." Every single time they look changed just to be looked at as human. Every interaction with a homeless person I have had was touching and impactful, both for me and them. I have brought multiple literal grown men twice my size to tears with just a firm hug and rubbing their back, telling them it's going to be okay. These are hurting people. I wouldn't stop for anything, let alone the random chance that I get attacked. I am apparently just as likely to get randomly attacked here anyways, as I live 2 miles from NYC. I'm just saying. I hate the thought of the homeless being looked down on as a whole just because of the miscreants who take advantage or are actually unhinged and violent. Most are just sad and hopeless. And, if you haven't noticed, ignoring them hasn't stopped the problem at all, the streets of NY are FULL of homeless people now. The problem is, they are letting in too many undocumented immigrants and letting violent criminals back out onto the street. This man belongs in a facility. Then it will be easier to take care of the citizens who have simply fallen on hard times. We shouldn't lump them together. Even the zombie addicts are sick. This is a societal problem, not a problem with someone trying to do a kind thing in a sick world.
This is what happened when you let the crazies Run free❤😮😮😮
Thus is what happens when you let Wakandans run free
Arnold Rothstein
I was in King Lear with him in 1995 in Santa Cruz! He was the most serious in the ensemble from my recollections.
Everyone with common sense predicted this would happen if Alvin Bragg was elected. He lived up to the disappointment
And that actor probably voted for him.
Why wasn’t he serving his time? That’s insane. What are they doing to this country?

Immediately afterwards, he took out an insurance policy on the perp.
Maybe start announcing the name of the judges that allow this nonsense.
Don't get too upset guys, this is happening to New Yorkers, they voted for this and would condemn you if you retaliated or defended somebody from an attack, just like they did Daniel Penny (the subway chokehold incident). New York can't be told how to vote, they must go through their own growing pains.
The photo makes the actor look like _A Serious Man_ .
As an actor I find this horrifying! Totally unacceptable & I expect prosecution to sue the full extent of the law ⚖
Death penalty, no trial.
HIs own damn fault for 1) voting the way he does, and 2) choosing to live in an area with real dangers and being completely oblivious to those dangers.

No picture of the suspect ? 🤔 Hmmm
Never help the homeless.
Im not suprised seeing him
No law against it. If you don't like it, pass laws against violence.
Don’t mess with Arnold Rothstein..
Why even gum up the court systems if they're going to be released anyways, just wait until the suspects rack up 20 calls and then charge them with it all at once.
Dang. With all this crime, it makes me wonder how much it costs to keep prisoners in prison.
New York New York!! Its a hell of a town

Thank god I chose NOT to move to New York City in 2021. That would have been the worst decision of my life England in the little village I live in now is a different world.

Of course. Why would anybody want to be in Central Park these days? I will never go to New York, you get what you vote for. Why don't more people sue the city?
At first glance, I thought the victim was Joaquin Phoenix.
Never approach a sleeping homeless person unannounced and uninvited. They could be on drugs or nuts.
That's kind of crazy because the character on "Boardwalk Empire" Arnold Rothstein was actually murdered in Central Park.
People act sooo shocked. Dude should have been walking around back in the 80s. Not saying it isn’t crazy out here. But the 80s was ridiculous crazy. Nobody walked around in these areas back then. Sometimes I walk around areas now that back then would be dead. I’m able to dance in these areas now.
Yeah the 80s was bad
Bruh 💯 NYC was dangerous AF in the 80s! I mean it’s getting bad again kinda like the 80s but not quite. Not just the mafia, the gangs, the crackheads, the homeless, the serial killers, rapist…. F it was NYPD just as bad…. Erbody was sleeping with the fish 🐠 🐟 🐠

Based on his name he is of Latin American descent
Was it a “mostly peaceful” attack?
Wrong place, wrong time
That is a normal thing in New York, its not news.
Oh my Deys attacking us😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Whats safer limpini park in Thailand Bangkok or Central Park NY?!?!
The criminal should not have been on the street.that being said New York has a relatively low crime rate compared to most major American cities
Hm, sounds as though Central park has reverted back to the 1970's with knife robberies, daytime attacks and other crimes of these types.
