Once upon a time, Paul Mendez was a decent fighter at a certain level. That time has passed.
As for Priest, they should try to rebook the Joeshon James fight.
@@decidingpaper6324 Definitely that would be a good one. Middleweight is trash. If I had a prospect at the weight that I believed in AT ALL, I would be trying to get him good fights because it probably won't be THAT difficult to get an eliminator.
@@LucieOneTrue. But the best fighter there is probably Janibek at the moment. GGG been on and off in terms of activity
@@decidingpaper6324 GGG may actually be retired and if he isn't, like you said, he's just wholly inactive. And then they have the WBC belt tied up between someone who hasn't fought at the weight in like 3 years almost I think now and Carlos Adames and then there's Lara who's 40 and takes 2 years off between fights apparently. It's just a bad division. Janibek is the best fighter and has two belts but no one knows who he is. Eubank beat Smith and said something like 'GGG needs to get off those two belts', he actually fights in the division and had no clue that GGG had vacated and that Janibek was about to/already had unify/unified.
Kansas!
Eric Priest vs Michael Cook 24(15)-0-1 might be a good fight. Also Priest vs Jonas Sylvain 7(4)-0 might be a good fight, also vs Martin Saldana16(7)-0, vs Leo Medel 9(5)-0, vs KeAndrae Leatherwood 23(13)-9(4)-1, vs Tez'Waun Starlings 10(9)-0, Jason Quirk 11(6)-0, Jamar Pemberton 6(5)-1(0), vs Quincy LaVallais 17(12)-4(0)-1 and some others.
