Dan Campbell and his staff was out coached at home. Jared Goff looked uncomfortable and was pressing all night. Why that was the case, I don't know. The Lions knew that our Defense was suspect and knew we could not play from behind. As good as the Lions offense is, they should never be playing from behind. Campbell did admit that he did not have the Lions ready for this game and I do not know why. He knew that we have never beaten Washington in the playoffs and if anything that should have been enough to get them up for the game. Go Lions 🦁 for next year.

We have Dan Campbell. Personally, I hope he coaches the Lions the rest of my life. He’s a winner. He will bring NFL championships to Detroit.
They simply couldn’t do it this year with @ half their starters available. They need to heal up, bring in more dogs, and know the city loves them.

He didn't run all over the Lions (he averaged 3 yds a carry), but he didn't really have to. Robinson and Ekeler took care of that. I'm starting to get tired of hearing about how the Lions have the best O-line in the league. Lions' explosive offense this year masked the weaknesses on defense.
Rams traded Goff and picked up Stafford for a reason.
They were beat by Quinn and company's no-frills offense which was just right for a rookie: great O line, establish the run game, excellent tight end as safety valve. Commanders defense was just enough to cause trouble.

I am a 49ers fan but after watching Dan Campbell’s press conference after the Lions loss, it is clear that the 49ers cannot win with the culture under Kyle Shanahan, who has taken NO responsibility for the 49ers losses unlike Dan Campbell. Lions will always be a cohesive team and play their hardest under Dan Campbell. He is one of those great coaches that players are very lucky to play for. Unfortunately for the 49ers Kyle Shanahan cannot bring the current team together. Disappointing but Lion’s fans have to be proud.

Kyle Shanahan is the #1 reason for the 49ers success. He inherit that team when it was a bottom feeder and turned them into a powerhouse. It's not Kyle's fault he has to have Garopollo and Purdy as his QB. You put him on the Bills or Ravens and he would easily have 3 superbowls not Reid.
