True Vegeta could kill you but Goku would take it very easy on you

0:32 in dragon ball logic, to use instant transmission you need to be able to sense ki. If you pick to be able to use instant transmission your also giving yourself the ability to sense ki. To be able to fly, in dragon ball logic, you must know how to use ki instead of sensing it (if you don't have wings) so if you pick to be able to fly then your also giving yourself the ability to use ki
7:22 trunks's sword is like any other sharp sword but he surrounds it with his ki to make it stronger and more durable. In other words having trunks's sword is like having a sword for free but it won't be all that useful to you unless you use it enough to get stronger and be able to use the sword better

You cannot credit Goku for that. Piccalo is responsible for whipping Gohan back into Cosmic ass kicking mode. Piccalo was always Gohan's best inspiration because Piccalo knew how to motivate Gohan. Lets be honest.. Goku really does not know how. But if the person is already motivated than Goku can be a good sparring partner for sure.

At 1:01 you can see a fade of Train with Gogeta or Vegito, I would choose Vegito. This being because gogeta takes things way more seriously than Vegito. So I wouldn’t wanna die.

Remember that in the tournament of power, goku couldn’t handle the power of mui therefore the power exploded inside of him and drained his strength all the way through, no matter how much stronger mui or uio is than super Saiyan, super Saiyan is the obvious pick, with a 50-500x multiplier, it’s stamina and power draining is much less of a joke with no punch line

As an anime character probably Vegeta. You can't die unless the plot says so. OTOH, we're not built like Saiyans so probably Goku. He credits regular breaks for a reason he can get so far ahead of Vegeta with less effort. I pick Goku.
I know Vegeta is a Saiyan and can handle near ceaseless training. Doesn't mean he wouldn't do better if he adapted to heal better.

It was also kinda hard for me to choose between becoming Golden Frieza or Perfect Cell. In the end I chose Golden Frieza because Cell killed Goku, and I forever hated him for that, even though Goku came back to life.

Honestly it depends on your personality. Some people would be better off training with Goku because they are very self motivated, some need a harsh teacher Vegeta.. who will inspire and motivate them like he did Trunks. Honestly Gohan thrived better under harsh teachings as well with Piccalo.. and became weak trying to live care free like Goku. Gohan would do better training with Vegeta than Goku as well.
