Let's not forget Hercule is the World Champion, he has superhuman strengh, of course he is far weaker than even Yamcha, but he's still no joke. While Gohan at his lowest would mean no ki use, so no flight, no kamehameha, no speed of light... He would just be strong but nothing impossible to overcome
Yo,but gohan has his untapped potential so even as a kid he'd beat you any day,the little dude busted a tree while still riding on a stroller even Garlic Jr was afraid of the kid
But Gohan feared everything at starting of DBZ so we can win if we scare him and he will start weeping at result...... don't come to me when after you beat Gohan and Goku kills you as a result 😅😅

1- Hmm, I could be a more useful Kami but I REALLY like Ginyu Force theme so the Ginyu Force it is
2- neither, I can't afford videogames 💀

4- is that even a question? Frieza 2nd form, it's his best one design wise, Cells 2nd form sucks too
5- that's a tough one, Galic Gun looks cooler than Kemehameha but Kamehameha is more versatile, oh well Galic Gun it is, it could use an upgrade
6- hmmm, good guys are basic AF but bad guys always get the L, I'm sticking to neutral
7- Bardock without a question, both in Z and Super he had badass moments while King Vegeta sat on his throne and did nothing
8- Saiyan armor, Piccolos cloths are interpersonal
9- King Kai has cool techniques to spare but Master Roshi's training is more beneficial and either way can't get to King Kai without starting with Roshi first
10- IDK what could I do while training with Goku even thought he had a really cool training routine in Capsule Ship, on the other hand I could get anything I want with Dragon Balls but it would be for nothing without the Goku experience, so I'll go with training with Goku on this one
11- Oooh, this is a real tough one, both require patience which I have none but cleaning Snakeway is more proactive and less focused then checking in souls, Snakeway it is fam
12- oh hoo hop, we're cooking up with this one, I would want another DBS movie starring canon Cooler but a new series is way more stable than a movie
13- Fight Baby Vegeta, he'll mind control you either way and only a madman would fight Majin Vegeta
14- SSJ4 bruh, SSJ3 is unstable form while SSJ4 is all about stability
15- another easy question, Saibamen are literally fodder while Yardretians are masters of techniques and Ki-control
16- yet another easy question, Vegeta plays solo and is a brute while Piccolo is a wise teacher and a master strategist, Piccolo-sama as my master it is

18- Puar is cute but annoying and Oolong is just funny so I'd want to be Oolong

20- Dodoria is weaker and got treated as canonfodder, he's also lazy AF and thus easier to beat

Ima only say two here. 1 I'd rather be a SSJ4 i just absolutely love the form hell I'm even watching DB GT in the Baby arc right now. And 2 I'd rather have durability as I could tank quite a lot of things such as maybe tanking a bullet. So if I get in a fight I could tank whatever is thrown at me while keeping my normal strength my punches are already decently strong.
