I'm still hesitant. Not only due to balance, but that's what made you think or weigh out your options in a match now that's no longer a thing. And from a realistic pov those scopes would lose zero ie not shoot where you're aiming at.
Well as of now beta doesn't have anything related to balance i just killed 4 medics on a tower using sniper rifles that just kept reviving each other since there are no more classes pick any gun you want on any class damn
In my opinion I think the player should only be allowed to swap out attachments on their current weapon when opening a supply drop. You can either choose to customize your currently equipped weapons or pick a different class, but not both. I’d like to also apologize for any grammatical mistakes I’ve just made, as you can see I am not a native speaker. Thank you.
One pet peeve with the AK-12 in this game, even though it’s 2042, Russian forces are still using the 6P70 AK-12. As of now (2021) GRAU has adopted the 6P70M model of the AK-12 which is upgraded from the prior version, it just doesn’t make a whole lot of sense if you ask me. Still looks good for the 6P70
Russians have the unfortunate reality of having amazing weapons and technology yet an economy smaller than the state of Texas so they have to decide between maintenance, munitions, supply, and armament costs and having an operative military or trying to skimp some years and upgrade fire arms; sad truth is they can't Russia is the largest nation in the world trying to carry out foreign operations and operations against insurgents in their own border. They can't afford to skimp. There's a reason the AN-94 despite being a top tier rifle never made it to mass production and AK12s are still reserved to SF units while ground infantry is still stuck with AK74Ms. It's a general problem with even the US, they run all of these Next Generation Weapons competitions for a new SI rifle yet still run M4s and M16s.
The thing I noticed is that back at battlefield 4 is that they used the 2013 model, which is I believe a prototype And now in Battlefield 2042 they finally featured... An actual model of what today's Russian army is using (yes they're taking their time in replacing all 74Ms to 12s I know that but still)
@@woodonfire7406 the thing about the AK-12 in this game is that it has a battery powered pic rail top cover (which is why it’s called the AK-24.) although it’s a cool idea in principle, GRAU would never adopt something like that due to it’s inevitable flimsy nature, as of electronics are sensitive to the elements and blunt force which is why GRAU has used things like optics so sparingly. In western nations a great deal of money and time is spent on making the optics themselves as durable as possible which works but in my opinion isn’t cost efficient.

It also doesn’t help Russian leadership is inept because they haven’t had to face an actual official military since WW2 so their war doctrine is beyond outdated and everything is practice on insurgency targets and war simulations.
Gameplay it self is not bad, there were some parts of the map, that I was loosing frames, still not bad as overall !! it is a shame, that I can't customized the controler controls !! you will see a lot of me melee and doing other strange stuff !!

Did you not find the game really struggled performance wise? The beta on my Ps5 was borderline unplayable. So much FPS dropping when firing. I'm running it on 1080p .
Yes, some parts of the game was losing frames and sometimes it shows that weird black/white stripes !! Some weapons like the sniper, shotgun and revolver is litteraly unplayble as well with the controller !!
Well, the point is, each games has their own ecxellence. If Battlefield beats COD in graphics and sounds, COD has a better story lines than Battlefield. We as players is only can enjoy the game.

Before that short, they had a website called World of 2042, and it talked about Journey of The NoPats, which are the operators, and each chapter is set in one of the maps, it explains the whole world of BF2042. That short was the final chapter to show us why we’re fighting in the first place in the game.

Terrible gameplay. Jesus. You had the chance to play the beta and show people what it’s about. So why wouldn’t you use different classes/guns and use some vehicles etc? Very boring and not informative gameplay.

In base of the icon of the weapon and when you are selecting the attachments, it shows most of the weapon !!

Set on 2042, the military training standards would be different. It's also for competing with the standards that MW2019 made.
