You can take all the lace out and use a polishing wheel carefully and polish all the spokes to be mirror shine, and then either remove the black paint or leave it there and put the color of the car on there and color match them and put all the lace back in. And I can I use reflective vinyl that they use on the road signs for the emblem in the center. Put it on with a hair dryer and then trim it out with a razor blade and they glow like car tags. The bow ties. I'm very creative I restore factory fold back hood ornaments from the 70s 80s and 90s

I like the spinners, I cleaned my 77 Thunderbird original wire hubcaps with GOJO hand cleaner using a toothbrush, They look awesome.

The Spinners are actually 64,65 and 66. No spinner is 67, 68, 69 and 70. 71 went to 15”. 1978 went back to 14”.
