Excellent post, I couldn’t have said it any better! We are so fortunate to have him in our lives and his willingness to share his Chef experiences/expertise.
I love how much our good Chef loves both Turkey and life. Lots of people forget that these days, but I don't, and I bet a lot of people who enjoy this channel also don't forget to love life!
Another example of why Chef JP, with his detailed instructional videos combined with his exceptional knowledge of the culinary arts, his presentation skills and personality, is by far the very best on RUclips. We're so lucky to have him!!!
We watch & love you "triangles"...talking through long non tic tac tok videos and measuring carefully lol totally adore your relaxed humor, and silliness, your videos are a highlight. Watching you wrap that breast with the bacon says it all...it's how I am when I'm cooking. I'm 45 and I grew up watching you, Julia, and Jacques...the 3 of you were my first inspirations alongside my Grandparents in my world of cooking...love of food...and sharing it all with the people I love. It's amazing to be able to be creative, to experiment, to find joy and passion in doing something that brings people together. It makes a difference in the end result...everyone can taste the passion and love.
You have to love a Master Chef of Jean-Pierre's caliber who doesn't take himself so seriously. His videos are enjoyable and informative, and I learn something new from every video I've watched. This is the best cooking class anyone could ever hope for... thank you Chef! Now if you'll please excuse me... I have to wash my hands!
I actually made this yesterday and It was a huge hit with everyone!! Here's a tip that wasn't mentioned in the video: after you lay out your bacon, put it back in the refrigerator so that it stays cold. If you allow it to get down to room temperature like I did. The bacon becomes limp and difficult to work with. Also, mine took about :1:20 to cook. Finally, you may want to turn your ove. Up to 425 for the final 10 minutes and move it to the top rack to get that nice,.golden brown color with the bacon. That being said, the turkey was moist, tender, and absolutely delicious. I'll never cook a whole bird again. Oh..I also rough chopped some garlic cloves and sprinkled them on top of the stuffing before rolling the breast.
Thank you, Chef JP! Made this for Thanksgiving dinner today. It was a huge crowd pleaser. We all toasted you at the table. Then I showed everyone the "ring the channel" bit and the whole room erupted in laughter. I'm sure a few of them will turn out to be channel ringers! 😂
When I hear there are people who do not eat bacon I always wonder if they also do not like fluffy pillows, cute puppies or warm slippers on a cold morning. That looks so incredible,!
Chef JP can release a three hour long video and I will watch it multiple times probably. I am so glad he doesn't edit out his mistakes simply because if an experience chef makes them a homecook will definitely make them. And that turkey looks absolutely mouth watering.
The people in your studio must be loving this Thanksgiving week of recipes...We sure are! This one looks fabulous!! Will you be doing a Christmas week of recipes also?
2nd year in a row I’m making for Xmas. I prepare it the night b4 and bring to room temp and bake. Way easier and tastier then a whole turkey. Excellent recipe.
It's actually really helpful (to me at least) to see things like washing hands, washing the board, and all of that, because that's an important part of cooking.
I made this and as suggested I made it up the night before. This will be how I do it every year from now on!! I did the WHOLE Christmas meal in 1 and 1/2 hours! Unbelievable and it tasted AMAZING! Thanks Chef
Chef, I made this stuffing and turkey tonight for my mom. My sister and I are visiting her and wanted a Holiday meal. Mom said it was the best turkey and stuffing she has ever had in all of her 79 years. I wanted to send a picture but can't get it uploaded. It was beautiful and turned out exactly as the video! Thank you so much for your guidance! God Bless!
Looks great. Can’t wait to try it. I did the turkey, dressing, gravy and cranberry sauce for the first time on Thanksgiving. My wife and our friends were amazed. Thanks from your Canadian friends in Pompano.
What a great recipe and technique! Thanks for keeping all the hand washing in! After I took the ServSafe Manager's Course I drove my wife crazy fixing all the poor health safety techniques we had in our home kitchen. I highly recommend all serious home cooks take a course like that at their community college, you will learn a lot! ... plus I got to know some great Chef's in my community! 😉
Air fried the quaters, rubbed in butter as per chef's suggestions. Best "left overs" possible with some mashed potatoes and that amazing gravy he taught us. Thx again, JP!!
Well this looks absolutely wonderful. This is a dish I have never made but sure will give it a try. I can imagine just how good that smells. Looks very juicy and tender! Yet another great demonstration by Chief!
This looks incredible. I could eat the whole thing by myself and wash it down with the gravy, and maybe a nice glass of wine. Lol. Thank you Chef Jean Pierre for sharing this recipe. It's simple, yet technical and complex. I'm sure it's well worth the effort.
Chef, I’m in Australia, but one day I hope to visit your cooking school - you bring a joy to cooking and creating that is truely special. Keep measuring carefully, and don’t forget the butter!
You make me feel like I can do anything! What a gift you have! And share! And by the way, this made my mouth water. I’ve a lot of catch up video viewing to do here. Hahaha what an enjoyable learning experience! Valuable as heck. Thank you, sir. 😊❤️👍
Oh boy, we love you! My wife and I have a new addiction...watching Chef Jean-Pierre. You show us cooking secrets and ideas that we never knew. And, your personality comes out in the presentation and that is what is addictive. You're the greatest !! Keep on cookin'! J&J
You are always AMAZING! So many tender moments in this bacon wrapped, stuffed turkey breast adventure w/ Chef Maestro Jean Pierre le plus grand professeur enseignant! Your loving, competent joy buoys us all! And, I personally may consider eating turkey prepared THIS way MORE than once a year. Your favorite Holy(i)day is certainly Thanksgiving! Your sparkling spirit of gratitude and consciousness of your own constant state of Thanksgiving inspires me. For example: when you say, "I Love My Life," you thrill my heart and soul. Merci Beaucoup, Maestro! From Sacramento. France Driscoll Stay Free. Remember Eternity. ¡VIVA CRISTO REY!
So, I am watching him wash his hands constantly, and thinking "why" so much? Then, I made this roll myself, and now I know. I did a personalized variation and will never make a bone-in turkey again. Wonderful, delicious, and elegant!
Another great recipe Chef Jean-Pierre, simple yet elegant. Merry Christmas to you and your family from Chef John in London. You really are a great teacher and you make the shows entertaining too :-)
Chef! I absolutely love this! It's such a clever way to serve turkey! I can't believe all of that food came from just one turkey breast. I love Thanksgiving but it's so easy to over do it. I think this method will help keep portions under control.....rather than out of control. :-) I also love how meticulous you are with cleaning your hands and surfaces. I'm the same way and I use food gloves when working with meat/fish. Thanks chef, these videos have been so fun to watch!
Whoever is editing the videos has a great sense of humour. Actually, my Mom was a Geo-Metry Surgeon and I think I could see the triangles. At least after several glasses of wine it did.
very nice my family owned two restaurants and a huge catering business so I have a great passion for Master piece meals that you put out food is just food but a well made meal is a work of art and you my sir are real artist
I've been posting your videos on my Facebook page and it has been getting a lot of attention. If you support chef Jean-Pierre, post his videos to your social media. He's a national treasure that's needs to be shared with the WORLD! Great video as ALWAYS chef! Ten stars!
These shows get better and better each time. Love the recipes but his personality is priceless

Love him! 😄
Trifold? Not a triangle. Chef, this is why we love you. Good food, very entertaining, and always the true Chef Jean Pierre shining through.
What in the world is this rectangle that they speak of(joking). The crew/staff is invaluable!
Rectangle. 😊👍

Absolutely the best cooking show ever
I made this for Christmas instead of the usual turkey. Everyone loved it and will be doing the same next year. Less mess and no turkey to carve.
