I literally hadn't considered this at all, but it's such a cool idea omg. I really want arin to NOT have elemental powers, because he'd be unique as the first ninja without, and also it would break the "all ninja n e e d to have elemental power" (cuz they don't.)
At the same time, he would be the first non-related to the fsm character that's part dragon, and technically with the history of ninjago, it's entirely possible he could be related to dragons (or oni), especially if he was adopted. Honestly I think oni is more likely since they can shapeshift and disguise as humans, while dragons aren't known to be able to do that, and while he has a strong dragon motif, that could be a result of being part oni instead, with wanting to hold up the dragons virtues of being "good", and breaking oni stereotypes.
I did also, while watching this, think of the possibility he is another oni-dragon hybrid that was abandoned, hence adopted, and hence why he could appear human with oni shapeshifting, as well as have dragon motifs AND learn Spinjitzu on his own.
Man the possibilities r so exciting! Can't wait for dragons rising part 2
I like this theory way more then spinjitzu being an elemental power. Also glad to see someone else notice the dragons doing spinjitzu in the pilots lol
Yeah, if anyone can do Spinjitzu (even Serpentine), I'm not sure how it could be an Elemental Power lol
I got to say this.
I'd LOVE to see ariin being a ninja with no powers. just like he is right now. Would be interesting to see a powerless ninja.
The brown ninja!!!!
I thought he was literally a spinjitsu master with spinjitsu being his elemental power
Well, that's one theory! But nothing's been confirmed yet!
Is Spinjitzu
@RVSketch I watch a video of why the realms merge became their unbalanced because darkness is getting weaker and their is much light why the realms are falling
@@RVSketchmaybe humanity are the descents of onis and dragons on a connection because the first spinjitzu master on like them
honestly the idea of arin maybe being part dragon is really interesting.
i thought about it when i first watched dragons rising, but didnt give it much thought.
i kind of hope he is, it would definitely make the series more interesting in some ways
Well hopefully it's true! But, at the very least, I really hope they explore, or at least mention, how Lloyd is part Dragon 👀
@@RVSketch ooh yes! i also hope they mention it. even him being part oni. i mean he didnt really master his oni form, at least i dont think he did? maybe it can appear later on?
@@leafytabby Well, he used his Oni form, but yeah, he didn't really master it - and there's still so much about the Oni that we don't know.
And tbh, Lloyd's powers and genetics really need to be expanded on. And all that stuff with the First Spinjitzu Master - we still don't know if Wu and Garmadon had a mother, or if the FSM just created them!
I think has a new element called source or something which allows him to strengthen other powers
That would be really interesting! Kind of the opposite of Amber!
Maybe something like ki energy
I honestly think that since the golden power had no user so it went to Arin. The first Spinjitzu master is the only other person that taught himself spinjitzu plus the golden color scheme
Could be! It would be interesting to see them touch on the Golden Power again!
This makes no sense
@@alexmc973 well, I'd say Arin's Spinjitzu being golden gives it some credence!
@@RVSketchAren't elemental powers passed on? Lloyd is the grandson of the FSM. Unless Lloyd dies without any succesor, I don't see him having that power
@@PepeChadIsDaGoat I think their point is that Lloyd no longer has Golden Power. However, Golden Power and Energy aren't Elemental Powers (unless they get retconned) - they are Elemental Essences, so they work differently and won't get passed on, as far as we know. This is why Lloyd has Energy even though neither of his parents did, and why Garmadon didn't lose his Elemental Essence when he had Lloyd.
However, we don't actually know what happens to an Elemental Essence if someone loses it - I mean, it's possible the FSM's Elemental Essences went to his sons after he died, and maybe Lloyd's Golden Power went to someone after he lost it (although Golden Power is arguably a more powerful version of Energy, so perhaps Lloyd never lost it, he just got less powerful 🤷♀️).
OK, before I start , I prefer arin to not be an elemental master . I like the idea of him being not an element master that doesn't stop him being ninja , and that would help maybe arin at the end of season 1 make a group of people his age like Nelson, Antonia, sora and riyu a ninja team of their own.
how I see it currently that he accidentally created a new martial art , he said in the episode writers of destiny " I just tried to do all the moves I saw you do it" so maybe accidentally he created....Arin-jitzu . The moves he memorized maybe weren't accurate. So now his spinjitzu energy can transfer into objects
I got a second theory which he is an elemental master . I would prefer not but if he was an elemental master I just don't want them to call him the elemental master of spinjitzu , master of kinetic or rotation are better .
My two new theories that complete each other are
As you said maybe he is part dragon, as spinjitzu seems to came from the dragons (and got enhanced by the oni part of the FSM , but that's just my headcanon) his horns can represent dragon horns and the symbol on the sets depicts him and a lightning dragon . Also I think the dragon on the set drawings is the same dragon as in the end of the intro before they slap the "ninjago DR" on the screen , the same dragon from the 4+ set nya's and arin's dragon. And also the horns can represent the oni ....
So hear me out . Dragons create , Oni destroy, become the endless force of the creation and destruction, the FSM came. Th elemental master of golden power . The last time we saw the element of golden was with the golden master, golden power is still an element. So maybe golden power found its new vessel . Arin, the successor of the FSM . The new elemental master of golden . He got a dragon on his ninja suit and oni horns !!!
What if the merge happened bec golden power found a new vessel , what if the new two elements , technology and heat are because of arin . But that's just a theory that I don't fully believe
Also did you see the new episode titles , specifically the finale . If not and you don't want to know about then I won't talk about . If you don't care I would want to just add something to the your theory.
Yeah, you're right - Arin could have Golden Power! And yes, I have seen the new episode titles (and also the descriptions that came out).
@@RVSketch ok this serve your theory more on the part that he may be part dragon , the 19th episode title is "we are all dragons" idk what they mean by "we" but Arin could be in the we part .
@@Mazen_Creeping that's true! And maybe the "we" could include him and Lloyd? (and Riyu?) And Elemental Masters can create Elemental Dragons, so maybe that's how Sora could be included in the "we" as well 👀
Elemental master of energy
while this theory does makes sense, I personally don't like the idea of Arin ALSO being part dragon while it might help them bond more it takes away from the whole "LLoyd Garmadon is special, he's part oni and dragon."
That's fair 😅 The writers better actually bring up that Lloyd is part Oni and Dragon though. And, while we've seen his Oni form, we haven't seen any sort of Dragon form yet 👀
Euphrasia could be the master of Cyclones, because that’s all that we scene her use, nothing like moving a windmill like. So no one say that Morro doesn’t have his powers in the chat, just let me dream.
that would be kind of cool we all miss Morro
I think his elemental power is motion. Since the realms got merged together, maybe some elements did too, like speed and gravity, which i guess would make motion. This could also explain how he made his own spinjitsu and can give it to objects.
Alas, it has been confirmed by Doc Wyatt (one of the two lead writers on Dragons Rising) that Arin does not have an Elemental Power
twitter.com/otherland71/status/1781189791390093731
Being part Dragon isn't an Elemental Power, so there's still a possibility my theory could be true though 😅
waaaaaaaaait ok so you know how in crystallized the ninja formed the golden dragon and lost there powers what if a part of all four of there elements found arin and he became the vessel for the next golden master
That would be pretty cool! 👀
Remember when Wu said family is key, maybe he was talking about Arin and that he is indeed part of their family tree
Oooh that's a genius idea! And I mean, Wu and Garmadon are thousands of years old, so it's possible they had partners/wives we don't know about who ended up dying of old age, and so maybe they had some kids we don't know about too 👀
@@RVSketchare you going to do a video of how Arin could be related to Lloyd?
@@blaizecontee7093 Probably not. There's not much to discuss tbh. But it does make a ton of sense, and hopefully we get some answers in season 1 Part 2!
@@RVSketch or maybe the reason Arin has his powers is due to the merge and Ninjago being the birth place of spinjitzu
Tu teoria es bastante interesante,de hecho tiene algo de sentido, aunque no creo que Arin sea en parte dragon, pero si este vinculado con un dragon como en el caso de Sora con Riyu.(Your theory is quite interesting, it actually makes some sense, although I don't think Arin is part dragon, but he is linked with a dragon as in Sora's case with Riyu.)
Thanks! I am also quite interested in what's going on with Riyu, and how Sora got her power 👀
This theory is pretty good
Thanks!
It’s an amazing video. 😊
Thank you! :D
@@RVSketch You’re welcome! :D
Not related to video but I want them to explore more Lloyd's dragon side.
Yes, absolutely!
His power is legit Spain without the a, case closed
Lol 😅
@@RVSketchbut for real, I can’t wait to see how this really goes on since the merge made many attached to some kind of element if they like it or not, maybe this is the dragons thanking him for protecting riyu
It could also be from him being in the middle of where the merge happened and gaining new powers by experiencing it first hand
@@AltLuck4435 well, we do know Source Dragons had something to do with the Merge, so maybe that's it... 👀
@@RVSketchmost likely 😮
I just thought of something if dragons can go to realms if Arin has dragon powers could he go to different parts of the merged realm?
That would be pretty cool!
What if Arins Power Is Uncorrupted Shatterspin
That would be pretty interesting 👀
I think his elemental power is electricity or any yellow powers. I must say, I think it's electricity.
My theory is that Arin is the Elemental Master of Sand, either that of Lava.
Why those elements
So is Aaron part lightning dragon, source dragon,or a regular dragon.
Maybe he’s the master of the realms
That would be pretty interesting!
What kind elemental power will he get is it magnet or laser or crystal or warp or blade or sand or illusion or steam or weather or fear
Do think a djinn Elemental Master is way to overpower and also a worse idea they made
Depends how the writers handle it. Nadakhan was the Prince of Djinns, so there's a good chance he was _way_ more powerful than the average Djinn. So, this new Djinn, who is an Elemental Master, may not have very strong Djinn/wish abilties.
Plus, in regards to wishes, there are a lot of drawbacks. Djinns can't grant wishes for themselves (or other Djinns), can only grant three wishes to any one person, and they HAVE to grant a wish if they hear it (even if it negatively affects themselves).
I thought his element was rotation
Uhhhhhh maby energy
Isn't that Lloyd's though?
No its power i know the lore
Lloyd calls it energy but its actually power
And in further proof according to my research energy can be transferred and transform just lile arins spinjutsu it can tranfer spinjutsu energy to an inanimate object
I thought it would be gold elemental power
Well, that is another possibility! 👀
