    Thanks for the wonderful video.
    Daniel is great with his integral approach.
    Such discussions are simply a breath of fresh air among all these fanatical, bitter and empty interfaith disputes over terminology between adherents of different traditions.
    An open mind and flexible perception, as well as the ability to consider such topics from different angles, is what humanity needs for spiritual evolution.
    I enjoyed every minute of this podcast.

    move your body, get some sun, practice some type of non verbal expression ie create something, drink more water, find someone you can relate to, switch your MO if typically very structured be more flexible and if not make loose schedule to keep
    That’s what I got
    Connect w ppl
    Express yourself
    Hydrate
    Move your body
    Allow yourself mercy

    Good description of how you use “A&P” I get it now.. and YES I was never looking for validation, I don’t think another CAN validate my experience.. I just wanted to relate to someone

    I think this is misinterpreting what full kundalini awakening is. It’s not just an event but a full path in itself which can for some be extremely intense and while short kundalini experiences may arise for many on a spiritual path a full blown kundalini awakening is far rarer.

    • @didibeingsocial
      @didibeingsocial  2 месяца назад

      What makes you think this?

    • @jacobschapira
      @jacobschapira 2 месяца назад

      @@didibeingsocial this is the traditional understanding of kundalini from the yogic / tantric traditions where it comes from. It’s not just an energetic experience but rather a full path and if you were on it you’d know because a major part of it is the surrender of free will and ego to the Goddess who will assume complete control over your body and mind. It is a journey through the chakras but doesn’t always have to go in that way and tends to include travelling to various energetic realms - hell realms, heavenly realms, and everything in between and further out , as Kundalini will clear all traces of trauma and conditioning from the body-mind. If you wish to listen to someone on RUclips who is an expert listen to Craig Holliday and you will see that this is not quite the same as just 1 particular phase or energetic experience (although that is kundalini it is not a kundalini awakening which is a farely rare thing to occur).

    • @jacobschapira
      @jacobschapira 2 месяца назад +2

      What I mean by surrender is that you will simply not be able to live your life without the interest of the kundalini being submitted to. It may allow you to do what you want, or others have reported that every time they try to text a particular partner their entire body goes into extreme pain.
      So it’s a kind of educational bio-feedback system too that’s very much happening live moment by moment

    I know someone who in 1970 at the age of 16 after less than 3 years of meditating with a mantra and doing some self inquiry, had a full kundalini awakening, even though he wasn't practicing kundalini yoga and didn't know the term self inquiry. 50 years later, he found his awakening described in the description of the Buddha's awakening. How is that "spiritual puberty"?

    • @didibeingsocial
      @didibeingsocial  7 месяцев назад

      you should ask that someone , perhaps? :) What makes you curious about it ?

    • @kenjones102
      @kenjones102 7 месяцев назад +2

      Clearly, a kundalini awakening is NOT spiritual puberty, which is my point. The problem is semantics. If one experiences some awakening of the kundalini, it doesn't mean they are Awakened like the Buddha, while those who have a full kundalini awakening may well be so Awakened. @@didibeingsocial

    • @didibeingsocial
      @didibeingsocial  7 месяцев назад +1

      @@kenjones102 well it is all semantics. whatever you call "kundalini awakening" or "full kundalini awakening" is very subjective. and you are speaking also not from your own experience?

      No, I'm writing from experience and not only my own. @@didibeingsocial

    • @caveman369

      Everything I have ever read on Kundalini seemed like woo woo nonsense. Evaluating my experience in light of this interview, following an overwhelming and deep period of depression and while on a retreat, a shift happened when I was twenty years old which was dramatic and life changing, but I had no idea what I had experienced. Recently, and nearly fifty years hence, at a weekend relational retreat, during a meditation session, my entire body began to twitch in a convulsive arching motion repeatedly and involuntarily, which continued for the entire 1-1/2 hour meditation. It still happens, though not so dramatically, during energy work with my therapist and during meditation. Other events occurred, both dramatic and out of the blue, which I am disinclined to share on a public forum. Key to these recent events were the past two years of intensive work with a trauma therapist addressing childhood CPTSD. Also, I'm picking up Ingram's book as a result of your excellent interview!@@didibeingsocial

      @@demoiswhen I was having high voltage activity in my spine and head exploding etc about 15 years ago, a friend recommended Tao Semko’s KAP course and it really helped me out! The energy became more like waves and bubbles and less electrical, I could deal with it better, and these people totally got what I was going through. I also view it now as A&P, and Daniel’s book is amazing for dealing with what comes after 😌
