The only way a person can believe these fantastical and wholly impossible tales is by embracing the lies you are forced to believe in your religion. All religions are nothing but cults. I fell asleep and this video started to play. In my dream, I went into a cafe and met a man behind the counter who was very friendly. After I started to settle in, I couldn’t find my credit card. The man who had been speaking came to me and put his arm around me and I instantly felt his love for me. He was talking to my friends who had come in to check on me and all the while was saying the things Jason was saying, in Jason’s voice, and he kept his arm firmly around me. It was so comforting to feel loved and claimed. I stopped looking for my credit card because I knew “Jack” (that’s what his name tag said) would take care of all of my needs. It isn’t amazing how even in our sleep God is for us? ❤

That is really something. I had a similar experience. I fell asleep at the start of this I think, or it started while I slept. My husband and I were resting on our bed and he came in the room and was telling us all this. I remember trying to ask a question but, he kept talking over me. That would normally be frustrating and make me feel annoyed but, I didn't. His voice was so loving and kind, so I decided to just listen. Now I had one ear bud in, in my right ear and while we slept my husband was on my left side. So eventually I felt, oh, this nice man telling us thimgs of the Lord has laid down on my right side. And I thought, oh that is odd but, he is just teaching us about God and he is so loving so I relaxed and we laid there listening to him. I really thought, "What a kind loving voice and way of speaking, everything is okay."
God did give me a peace even in my dream that it was okay to listen to him. How funny that you too fell asleep and listen to him as well. God bless this man of God and God bless you too.✝️🕊🙏🏻☘

@1:11: "Thus, to think correctly is to think God's thoughts after him." - So far you are right, but that is a non-sequitur: "Rational thinking is biblical thinking."
The biblical texts were written by humans long ago. Even if these people were inspired by God, they wrote down words that other people could understand. How can one express God's wisdom in human language? And since then these texts have been copied, translated and thus changed. - So: To understand God I do not rely on the Bible, but on my brain that He gave me.

That is his motivation for inventing his theory Science doesn’t work that way. Real science first collects evidence, has it peer reviewed where faults are searched for, and if none are found, a hypothesis is formed. When evidence is overwhelming, it becomes a theory. Lisle does none of that.

They include telepathy, levitation, the ability to walk through walls, missing time, the ability to defy God's know laws of physics, mutilation, sexual molestation and others. Genesis and elsewhere in the Bible it states that God being the Word...made the universe and everything therein in six literal days. God did not rest for millions or billions of years on day seven. God made man on day six along with all the land animals. The Bible states the genealogy from Adam to the birth of Jesus giving life spans of his progenitors. We therefore know from that Bible that creation took place some 6000 years ago. Did God create aliens along with mankind?....not according to the Biblical record. We do know that there was a rebellion among Angels in Heaven against God. That fallen angels interfered with the development of Gods special creation mankind. Logic would dictate that those fallen angels may be the alien intrusions we are seeing.

Biblical Hebrew has no word for universe, in the Bible “heaven and the earth” is always used to talk about the complete universe. “Firmament” is used in the King James Version a old (1,500) translation? Modern translations do not use this: Genesis 1:7 “And God made the expanse and separated the waters that were under the expanse from the waters that were above the expanse.” This is talking about what we now call the water cycle. The use of the world “firmament” in Genesis 1:8 is a carryover from the Latin firmamentum of the Vulgate. Genesis was written in Hebrew, the original Hebrew word is raqiya. This should be translated “expanse, sky, space, horizon”. Some translated this a vault. Genesis was written in Hebrew, which as limited vocabulary.
Day is not the same as 24 hours, not in the past and not today.
The earth is not 6,000 years old and the Bible does not teach this. Hebrews 4:9-10: "There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his." This tells us that the 7th day has not ended. Thus day 7 is a long time span, thus day 1 to 6 must be a long time span. Each believer are to enter into day 7. Also there no "evening and morning" for the 7th day. As day 7 as not ended. Biblical Hebrew has a limited vocabulary, with fewer words compared to other languages, such as English or Spanish. This means words often have multiple meanings determined by context. Day - yom is commonly rendered as day in English translations, but the word yom can be used in different ways to refer to different time spans thus literally is:
      Sunrise to sunset
      Sunset to next sunset
Time period of unspecified length. (long time span ).
We use the word day the same today: In my grandfather’s day cars did not go very fast.
Deuteronomy 33:15 and Habakkuk 3:6 "ancient mountains".
The events of day 6 can not have happened in 24 hours.

0:32 "So logic isn't about studying fossils, or..or stars, or DNA....
It's about...it's about studying what logically follows from certain given facts".
So basically the premise here is that studying fossils, stars and DNA....or Paleontology, Astronomy and Genetics isn't about reasoning conducted by strict codes of validity.
    Which, of course, it absolutely...IS!
The purpose of logic is as the tool you use to determine the facts, not the other way round.
Logic, Astronomy and the Christian faith...lets take a closer look.
I've already touched on logic....the arrival of conclusions based on strict codes of validy, not credulity.
Astronomy...the study of space, celestial bodies(planets, stars, comets Et cetera)and the physical universe, not pseudo physical or numinousity.
And lastly, the Christian faith....the monotheistic belief of Jesus of Nazareth as the messiah, the son of God and his teachings.
What cannot be said is that Jesus of Nazareth could not have existed, and that he did not deliver teachings.
What also cannot be said is he was the messiah, or the son of God, because of Abrahamic prophecy derived from the Holy Bible, derived from script, derived from the hand(Man).
Religion is the premise of promise, the delivery always in transit, the night-light of the night-fearing child, the honey-sweet spoon chasing the bitter expectorant of existence.

Dr Brian May, I don't think he's a Christian, but he helped determine the size of the Milky Way 🌌! Why is this an interesting bit of trivia? Because he is also the lead guitarist for the rock group Queen! He's very adamant that physics (he's an Astrophysicist), math and music are strongly connected in the brain or mind. I do know that music is essentially a universal language (the notes are written the same in all languages), and studying languages and music are the only 2 things that have been proved to actually raise a person's IQ. Just think how often the scriptures mention to sing praises or talk about angels singing praises. It's almost like music might be Heaven's language! Just a wild thought. Carry on. 😊
(BTW - Did you know that the ancient Hebrew alphabet has musical 🎶 tones connected to each letter? Each Psalm has the music embedded in it! You can find the original music for the 23rd Psalm on RUclips. It's Amazing! 💕)

Have you entered into the 7th as Hebrews 4:9-10 asks you to?

At 44:10 he starts to say the heart pumps blood but actually the heart is like a vortex chamber and the one doing the work is the liquid - which is the substance - which is the blood, even God said that the life is in the blood and warns us not to drink it.
I’m in no way bashing this guy tho, Its pretty clear he has more wisdom than me, but also everyone around the world holds some wisdom different than others, if we all traded certain wisdom we’d all be smart. I only recently started to gather how God has and is ultimate logic - he’s the word - he’s the logos - he is the alpha and omega.

Stars do move, they move when the seasons change, you will not see the same stars as you did 2 months ago, clearly you never study the sky, so this is wrong. Also the reason that we don’t fly of the earth because of its speed is because an object put in motion stays in motion, this is well established physics.

logic is a PROCESS not a science. deductive logic does imply a direct dependency upon premises and inferences and conclusions. inductive logic is somewhat fuzzier but more commonly used and is more or less about prior experiences and educated guesses.
neither of the above have anything at all to do with god. they are human-invented disciplines. I do not happen to know if animals use
deduction but they do appear to use induction. So using those vehicles has nothing to do with religious belief unless you are claiming
to know that cats are christians.
notice that the page you put on the overhead display (which I presume to be from some dictionary) DID NOT MENTION GOD
nor does it imply anything that this guy has immediately spanned chasms of unstated assumptions to magically assert.
nor does he have the vaguest idea how god thinks or whether that thinking has anything to do with how he himself thinks.
to presume anything further especially absent any EVIDENCE (and that includes his favorite book) it just exposes his ego
    not his logic.

Perhaps it is a place where all delusional and debasers of science eventually convene. Lisle’s futile attempt to shoehorn science into biblical accounts of the cosmos actually excludes the need for an explanation of his chosen god. He studiously avoids an explanation of why he blithely ignores the fact that his god is presented as an indisputable, propositional given. He cannot, with his desperate and wishful thinking, account for the alleged existence of his chosen god. He knows that being pushed to give such an account, should it fail, will completely undermine his project and the lucrative income from his sale of books.

Have you entered into the 7th as Hebrews 4:9-10 asks you to?

He does talk about this in another video. If I remember correctly, his argument is that we don’t know the one way speed of light. Not only do we not know, we can’t know. Physicist have been trying to solve it for nearly a hundred years. It’s impossible to know.
So basically, he argues that the light from the stars reaches us instantaneously. If we reflect that light back to star, it would take billions of years to reach it. I’m probably not doing his argument any justice. He explains it far better than I can. I suggest searching g for it.

@@IIrandhandleII I did not say all of the Old Testament is all a metaphor. You can know something is a metaphor when you see poetic writing, the verse you cited is written in a very poetic manner. Adam and Eve is not written in a poetic manner. Also read Job 26:10 it speaks of the boundary between light and darkness on a circle, the boundary between light and darkness is what scientists call the terminator, this is where evening and morning are constantly happening, the only circular shape that can have a terminator is a sphere.
