I have the older very similar model. Today I did approximately 5th cleaning and wondered why I see the tablet in the shoot. I took it out with small pliers, there was another in the shoot, and another one and then I couldn't reach the next. I unscrewed the shoot and discovered that the tablets are about 1mm too thick to fully slide through. I scraped some off the thickness and now it slid through. Wonder if the shoot is too narrow or had some construction leftovers....
There was also some leftover plastic that was not sanded out of the part making it a bit too narrow.
I discovered exactly the same thing today..

I unscrewed and put tablet straight into coffee press
@@edwardblacoe1017 I used a knife to widen up the shoots end and tested that the tablets run through. You also can then push them through with a stick easily.
Yes this was the case by me as well. Unscrewed, found 3 tablets stuck in the shoot. Threw the tablet in without the shoot.
where did you find the orange seal for the coffee bean hopper. at the level of the closing of the cover. thank you

hi, i have the problem, that the coffee started to smell funny. also the water does not come from the top but goes directly to the water thing in the bottom.
I think you must open the machine and do proper cleaning, try open the upper hatch and inspect the interior. The system is clogged and dirty, and that smell is probably mold.
how often is recommended?
A icon (K) on the display will appear when is the time to clean.
Buna, procedura este complet greșită!!! Deschideti cu o șurubelnița cap stelat gratarul unde introduceti pastila si veți observa ca traseul acesteia va fi spre colectorul de zaț... Hahahaha
De obicei se duce in grupul espresor si dupa in cutia pentru zat!

Skus spajdlou posunut tabletku tak aby padla az dole a pusti cistenie znovu.

@@vasantica musí se odšroubovat ten dekl nahoře (kam se hází ta tableta) dole se to zanáší a ta tableta tam pak nechce padnout. Já takhle našel 3 tablety v tom komínu, dole ucpaný logrem, peklo na zemi, rozebral jsem to, vyčistil, otabletoval a je jako nová.

Dobry den , co tam dáváte do té nádržky na vodu .? Musí to tam byt .? V balení jsem to neměl, mužů pustit cyklus i bez toho . Děkuji
To je filter na vodu, nemusi tam byt, ale je lepsie ak tam je. Standartne v baleni nie je, mozete si ho dokupit. Mozete pustit aj bez toho filtra.

I just realized you have to push the tablet deep into that special place, after which you won't see it again.
