In Dawn of the Clans, Jackdaw's Cry caught a bat at the fourtrees.

Actually, the old territory had bats, too, in dawn of the clans, when jackdaw's cry is being held captive and taken to the first battle, he catches a bat and gobbles it down and petal says it is not his prey to catch, so there were bats in the old territory.
Has anyone ever noticed how they pretty much quit mentioning Chaffinches (a bird that lives in Britain), after the first series? At the same time, they also started putting in things like Mountain Lions, Raccoons, and Wolves, which do not live in Britain? It's subtle enough difference that you might not notice, but in doing so they more or less switched the location to North America, which I find quite interesting.
They had water vole in the forest territories. Also if you're wondering they earthworm in Goosefeather's curse and Jackdaw's Cry caught a bat at fourtrees once

I hate hawks. 👹 does anybody remember when one servilely Injured Swiftpaws face and then Bluestar called him Lostface. Lostface is such a horrible and cruel name
1. No Swiftpaw I heard of got severely injured by a hawk
2. Are you talking about Brightheart!? Bluestar called her Lostface when a dog bit off half of her face. Swiftpaw died by the dog, because he was showing off to his crush(Brightheart)
I think she means snowkit being carried off by the hawk.....
