I've this same problem. I know little bit english to communicate.but whenever i start to speak my toung like twisted😂 dry my mouth 🥺 can't make a proper eye contact. Pls reply ma'am. How can i improve my confidence.
Mirror practicing is a very good method to improve our confidence. Talk with yourself by standing infront of the mirror atleast 5-10 minutes daily whenever you get time. It will boost your confidence and speaking level to a great level. I'm saying this with my experience. Try it 👍🙏
Shadowing, mirror techniques can all help. Also don't think English is a big deal. Try to take it lightly. Before speaking always say these sentences to yourself : "English is easy. I can also speak in English. I will try my best and improve a little bit every day"
