Harold was a blessing to me in December 88 as I attempted to part time at Alan’s shop in Concord driving down from up state NY. Harold schooled me on how to handle myself around Kulwicki. He was probably the reason I barely made it. Among other things I eventually did tires also. Thank you Harold for being my fist mentor in Cup. Billy Ingle also was a great and kind mentor to me in 89.

Great interview. Never knew Harold Holly was a fellow Alabamian. He seems like he's a real dedicated worker & speaks from the heart.

I so miss Bias Ply. The good ol' days. My memories of Bahari. So many cars in the stable with so little success. And the whole sticker thing made them look less.

Slick50! Engine Restorer! All that crap went in my crankcase back when. My mechanic buddy said I had the cleanest oil at change time...

Panic will kill you. Michael incident they didn’t even think of lifting the power trim and raising engine because of panic.
