In all the examples he mentioned in his speech i dnt see any chance or requirement for adaptibility. Adaptibility is only possible when both sides are correct.

classic example of "KAGDI GHODA" WITHOUT APPLICATION OF MIND -----instead of trying to do policing ---has he tried to understand why this thefts happen in india ---is due to stupid govt policies /taxes which common people cant afford and hence they try to save the same.

Sometimes understanding department before starting dictatorship is important. You can't expect 10 peoples job from a single goverment employee. आयडियल असणे सोप्पे आहे परंतु बदल घडविण्यासाठी काही काळ जाऊ द्यावा लागतो. सारख्या बदल्या होऊन शेवटी तुमच्या talent चा कुठेही उपयोग होत नाही. श्रीकर परदेशी सर म्हणून जास्त आवडतात

@@student6242 honest is very much basic criteria for civil servants..they are honest means they are not great...they have to be honest...any civil servant who is strict, simple living, honest, good talking cannot be characterised it is basic requirement.....Civil services are more than that...
