Question so I’m clear: the device (all of the devices) can contain a single shared secret and then obtain their own keys on first connection to DPS? My devices are cellular-only and won’t have any connectivity until they’re out of my hands. I do not want to activate their SIMs until they’ve been shipped to a customer, not do I want to load different keys onto each device before shipping.
