Those were the 2 lines in that episode which get me the most every time for completely opposite reasons.
Window of Opportunity is not only great, but the best time loop episode of any show, to this day.
Cause and Effect from TNG's 5th season is another great time loop episode
I liked the X-Files take on it too.

Window of Opportunity is easily one of the top 5 episodes of any sci-fi show, in history 👌 it's 10/10 across the board 👏
Maybe. Top Ten I would be down with, but it would be in the latter half of the list. There are just too many great scifi episodes out there so that was a bold statement. A top five list would be very hard for me. I still think In the Pale Moonlight from Star Trek DS9 is my number one, not to mention City on the Edge of Forever from Star Trek TOS, but beyond that there are just so many.
On wormhole extreme I have to thank whoever decided to put all of the outtakes at the end! Mike being confused about 'wait this isn't a real show, but we're shooting it!' was just killing me rolling on the floor laughing!

That it of the hat killed me. It was like Dom peaking out from Heaven and saying "hi!"
The whole DeLuise family has given us all so much entertainment.

The reveal of the start of Teal'c's start point of the loop in WoO had me laughing to the point of waking up my upstairs neighbour.
My first introduction to Peter and Michael DeLuise was SeaQuest 😁 Having all 4 of them involved in SG-1 is just something special.

Just watched Window of Opportunity last night. This episode never gets old. The froot loops scene with Rick's reactions were classic. I guess I figured they shot it once and used the footage over for the episode. Never thought that the cereal was glued to the spoon. Brilliant thinking on David's part.
I spelled fruit incorrectly on purpose because ground hog day for Jack had him feeling loopy. 🤣🤷♀️
WoO was a great episode. Even Tealc managed to get a few laughable scenes.

WoO was my favourite episode, lol. Just all the humor packed into one episode, lol.
OMG that little moment with his Dad's hat! Love his family. So happy he was able to work them into the show.

Absolutely, Dom was an awesome actor/comedian. I remember Peter when he was a young man in a TV series. I've seen his name over the years in the credits, I'm glad he's doing well.
I love peter. I love listening to him and Gary Jones do commentary for episodes. They are always so funny. Even episodes Gary wasn't in for like atlantis Peter would always grab him for commentary. I guess not everyone did though. I remember , I think it was Inferno for atlantis he said that some of the higher ups or something complained so this was the last commentary of him and Gary and I was so bummed out lol.
I,too really enjoy Peter's commentaries.He is such fun.
Woo is the funniest episode of any syfy program ever and still make me laugh everytime I watch it. The golf scene "George... on my back swing" 😂😂 can't wait for the repeat of the repeat of the repeat🤭 Thanks so much for take the time to do these David. So extraordinary to get the insight
Always a joy to watch Peter Deluise on screen,Directing in Wormhole Extreme,or just in uniform hustling guards along under Cheyenne mountain,or taking a call from Pete about cakes or flowers for Carter during a briefing,or many other occasions. Also in my top 5 episodes is WOO,a sad story of love and loss but so much fun at the same time. Jack and T'ealc patiently translating for Daniel,the golf,the pottery,and Jack resigning with Carter in his arms,and then the fond smile of memory at Carter while Jack eats his oatmeal. A favourite episode to make me laugh,great reactions from them all.

The bike and the golf bits were amongst my favourite parts of that episode... which (of course) is one of my favourite episodes in the series.

Don't know exactly how many hours Sam Carter devoted to wanting to recreate that time loop thing so SHE could learn Ancient and other stuff like the Colonel and Teal'c did, but it was alot!

Underrated show. Too bad they canceled it to finish the shitty "Killjoys"
Rewatching SG1 and especially O'neill sometimes felt like I was looking at improv theater, like the episodes when he lost his ability to talk/think/etc. still fun
I actually liked that. Made the show more believable like these are real people, not these perfect characters you see everywhere else. Chuckling among themselves at the good jokes, cringing at the bad, felt genuine.

"WOO" (new acronym, which makes sense in hindsight) is *the* episode you show someone to hook them on Stargate, IMO.

i'm fully convinced that teal'c and O'Neill took some of the loops to learn quite a bit of the ... "goopty goop" and a few skills
I'm pressing X really hard, television is terrible now a days there's hardly anything worth watching and Hollywood seems to have caught the identity politics craze which is ruining everything, but even so The Expanse is a rare case of excellent Sci-Fi.
When he put his dad's hat on that family sme came out, the eye twinkling and made me mis Dom!!!

I actually did do this. I had a thought too: Jack could have used one of the loops to say at breakfast, "Sorry, Daniel, I zoned out. Can you repeat that question?" And by the next loop, Daniel wouldn't have known he wasn't actually listening. Knowing Jack, it probably didn't occur to him because he didn't care to begin with but still. XD
