    Beautiful selection of plants in your container, Its the bees knees. We have fifty two containers of perennials in the front garden and six small pots of annuals on the windowsills. All the containers and pots are fertilised once every week with tomato feed which is cheap yo buy here in Ireland.

      Sometimes they have it for sale on the pw site, and if you’re in the wisconsin area, my family’s garden center has it, well not anymore bc they’re just about sold out of everything for the season, but they always have unique flowering varieties! (wayne’s daughters farm and greenhouses)

    I have been searching for the Bodacious hummingbird falls salvia!! I found it online but shipping was $$$$. Does your garden center have them?

    • @TheLawrenceGardenFarm
      @TheLawrenceGardenFarm  4 месяца назад +1

      they did have them, but they are sold out of that variety. They open least week of April and by the second week of June they are completely sold out. They aren’t a ‘ship it in’ garden center, they grow all their own from seed or plug and when it’s gone, it’s gone.

    Hi Casey..... Huge fan of your Family's Farm. Once you have planted out your pots, how long do you wait before you start your weekly water-soluble fertilizing?

    • @TheLawrenceGardenFarm
      @TheLawrenceGardenFarm  4 месяца назад

      usually a week or week and a half. I haven’t had to water with all this rain we had, so it will get fertilized once it dries out from that

    Your container is so delightful! Just love the bright colors. I used one of the coffee cups you had in a past video, it doesn’t seem to be doing that well, it has 3 stems at all times, as soon as a new one starts, an outer one dies off, is this normal? Do they like lots of water, should I continue to fertilize it? I have so many questions lol.

    • @TheLawrenceGardenFarm
      @TheLawrenceGardenFarm  4 месяца назад

      well draining soil, only water when dry, only fertilize when needed, which would be 1-2 times per week or every third or fourth time you water. feel free to send me a pic in my insta DM so i can actually see it

    What's your favorite perennials if you live in Arizona???
    I got some succulents, Dragon Fruit, I'm new to planting Dragon Fruit hopefully they will grow.
    How many times do you water Succulents & Dragon Fruit???
    & my Asparagus Fern it's flowering or there's like circle beads in it. And some leaves or spines it's drying out turning brown. Not sure if I'm over watering it.
    Do you need to fertilize Asparagus Ferns????
    I'm a Newbie on Gardening although when I was younger I lived in the Philippines we have lots of plants that are growing so well like Mangos 🥭
    Calamansi, Jack Fruit, Santol, Papaya, Cayenne Peppers 🌶, sinerguelas, & Star Fruit.
    I wanna plant Calamansi Tree in the pot deep big pot plant, I wonder if it will grow. My parents have Calamansi Tree it's huge. It's Alternative for Lime or Lemon 🍋.

    With a liquid organic fertilizer, such as Espoma or Agrigro, do you think it would cause drip tubing to plug? I use 1/4" with 6" emitters in my garden, but I am afraid to use organic stuff with the injector system because I don't want them to plug up with sediments or grow algea or something in the lines. Maybe it doesn't happen, I'm not sure.

    • @TheLawrenceGardenFarm
      @TheLawrenceGardenFarm  4 месяца назад

      I mostly do it with pails bc I can get it stronger if it really needs it, but I have also run it through our injector which runs through the hoses that are attached to our soakers and drips. I do add water in the pail for the injector to thin it, i’ve never had a problem.

    FYI, that snapdragon is pronounced Puh-TOE-mick. It's named for the river that runs through Washington DC.

      Right now i’m just dumping and piling it. I’ll take any suggestions you may have from there. We never had a lot of manure to work with so kind of learning as we go. We’d love to hear your tips!
