    Well, companies are all over just like every other place. Look on indeed for starters or google, just noticed you said that.
    Better off to get hired first so they pay for your card class and everything else.
    First thing I ask, what kind of contracts do you have and what am I eligible for.
    They type of contracts is what matters to me. I wouldn’t care if they paid $50 an hour or more. Especially when it comes to requiring more in depth training.
    Get into corrections and other law enforcement and public safety positions. Pay is a little higher than a private civilian security guard and have full benefits and retirement plans.
    On top of that, only work 14 days out of the month with a phat paycheck when you work in the civil service and public sector. Unless you want to do, or forced OT. Luckily my agency don’t force OT unless if it’s actually needed.

    I’m wondering if you go get your exposed carry, but you have no experience, will anyone want to hire you. I’m thinking companies probably want at least one year experience first.

    • @razkable
      @razkable 2 года назад +1

      you can work normal security aka unarmed for like a year first then anyone will hire you and they will see you have an exposed carry permit so that will get you better paying different more options at jobs and you can always do both when you have that ability...it makes you more diverse flexible and proves your more qualified and committed to the role....

    Just remember 26 years ago minimum wage was 6 bucks an hour in San Diego, and you could buy 6 gallons of gas and or 2 boretos at a taco shop for 1 hour of work. Minimum wage today gets you 2.5 gallons of gas and or 1 boreto per hour worked!! Minimum wage should be 23 bucks an hour to compare to 26 year ago minimum wage! Just a thought everyone reading this
