- The Italian restaurant at Riu Palace Costa Mujeres was the best a la carte eatery at the Cancun resort. See what food is on the menu for dinner, as well as what we thought of the entrees we ordered. Only the main entrees are ordered from the menu while Italian appetizers/antipasto, soup, salad and desserts are via a self-serve buffet area.
This was from our July 2021 stay at Hotel Riu Palace Costa Mujeres in Cancun, Mexico.

Hi TravelTouristFamily, another yummy video. What was the average cost per person for these buffets on your recent videos. And they did not look crowded, was there not many visitors at those places? Hi from Bob and Jill in Connecticut
Hi Bob & Jill! These were all included in the cost of the stay as they were all "all-inclusive" resorts that included all the food and drinks. We try to eat early right when they're open, but the restaurants can get quite busy between 7 and 8:30 PM just like on cruise ships.
The hotel is at 95 % capacity according to the front desk staff Oct 30th 2022 very crowded, wake up before sunrise and you can have the beach to yourself ( mostly) it’s absolutely stunning, white powered sand and amazing sunrises…. That’s the only reason I stayed so long

@@TravelTouristVideos definitely worse, I have been here 5 days now and I have not witnessed anyone at the buffet monitoring the food temperature. My husband has been experiencing stomach issues most likely due to that. I have been sticking to fruits and heading to the restaurant as soon as they open so far it’s working not much when it comes to not having a set schedule. I won’t be coming back or refer anyone.
