Spoiler ......... i warned u ..... the manga ended with yuki and zero marrying each other and having children because kaname sacrifice himself and his last wish was for yuki and zero to be together but then they found a way to bring kaname back to life but in human form like they did with yuki but there has to be a vampire heart to complete the prosses so when zero fell into the e level they killed him and barried him and yuki sacrificed her heart after zero( not enough space ill continue)
