A Vampire is basically a Dead Apostle with the exception that they are still bound to the will of the one who turned them and they become a full-fledged Dead Apostle after breaking free from said control. Now, in Satsuki's case, she had such a high magical potential that she skipped all of the above mentioned stages and jumped straight to dead apostle. High end too, since it usually takes them centuries to develop a Reality Marble. As far as pure stats are concerned, she's probably around the same level as weakest DAA.
Touko canonically gets back at her by charging all of her purchases from the Mage's Association to Aoko's tab, it's just these two petty people being typical sisters

Mitsuishi Kotono nails it for every character that she plays. Sailor Moon (Tsukino Usagi) is her most well known role aside from Misato from Evangelion. Till this day no one has been able unravel the secret identity of Sailor Moon in that anime & manga.
Everything is according to Master's "Shounen H" plan. Shiki just make his sensei proud. This is the truest secret true ending that Tsukihime can offer.
