@@Lukas57838 nutrition helps the body heal.Sleep and rest is so inportant but also finding your baseline so you can push forward in what you can do.Be ready for setbacks but know thats part of healing, everyone is different so I cant give a timeline.Whats helped Yoga nidri, meditation, walks, small workout that build a little at a time, brain retraining(go out even for a bit even if you don't want to).nicotine patch, find something you are thankful for and look to grow that list as you heal. My Faith in God. I watched 3 or 4 of Raelan show a week to find guest that had similar experiences and I tried the thing they did to heal. Not sure if that helped but Lukas Im praying for you and don't give up, you will heal just start with the little wins in your day.

I am putting into practice everything you say and do, I use thought catching during the day, I take time in a morning to be curious and at night to be proud of myself and my efforts. I think of my hypothalamus as a barking dog and take time to calm it regularly and when it barks, I think of my amygdala as a sleeping baby and take time to soothe and sing to it. I am definitely getting there! It’s been a long journey of almost 3 yrs post Covid and 30 yrs since my first chronic fatigue / ME episode, this has plagued my life and I am trying to work on myself without fear or worry thanks to you ❤

I have my recovery toolkit and bank of knowledge of the neuroscience and brain training ideas but am also working on finding joy and doing things I love!
My career was lost way before long Covid so I’m working on other things that bring me joy 🥰
Hope you find your joy 😊

Ok I’ve never posted before and Raelan is great. She does so much. I was sick for 5 years. I had food poisoning, guillaine Barre syndrome after it and then ME/CFs. I was an athelete very fit and couldn’t get out of bed. I’ve done every treatment including rewiring programmes. Oxygen therapy, herbs, thousands on supplements, methylene blue, cold water therapy, magnets etc etc etc.The biggest thing that worked hands down no doubts are nicotine patches. I started the long covid nicotine protocol. 7mg for 10 days. My system has switched into rest and digest. 100% better now.
I am not affiliated with anything, I’m not selling anything I’m just telling you that this was a game changer and I wish hope and recovery for every single one of you that is in a time of pain. Thanks

Is it normal to feel extremely sleepy as the nervous system is regulating? My fight or flight response has gotten so much better and my insomnia is nearly gone! But now I’m soooo drowsy. Like the expression of my fatigue symptoms has completely changed.

Thank you for your videos! They have helped me a lot. I have a question that is coming out of curiosity, not fear. I believe I've really done the work. I'm no longer scared, I've completely went back into fully living my life as if i had nothing. I meditate, do breath work. I can't say I'm indifferent though to the symptoms, sometimes angry and frustrated.... but I'm very aware of the patterns and have worked on releasing resistance. Yet, (if i take a step back on my journey right now), I do not see any major improvements with my symptoms. I've just gotten really good at living with them... Why is that? Again, except a bit of frustration, I'm really asking this question out of curiosity and not out of "stuck in fear desesperation". Thank you!

Im a bit lost when it comes to dealing with challenging emotions in the moment like frustration- like with children or spouse. Ive gotten the advice any negative emotion will keep you here and just to redirect. Honestly none of that is working for me. Although id love to always he happy, i have 3 very little children who yes need a loving mother but id be lying if i said i don't ever get frustrated. Im confused at how to proceed on these emotions in brain retraining. My goal is to have ultimate peace etc but it doesnt always happen and i feel like im bottlenecking my emotions in like CANNOT BE FRUSTRATED

I found out a while ago now that I received many extra jabs in childhood (thank god I didn't get the covid ones). I now know that my CFS is mainly caused by those and am now getting all of the toxicity out of my body. I wonder, have you made this link as well in the people you see with CFS? How many of them have received extra jabs in childhood?

Where I’ve been getting stuck is that I have some supplements that help me, and then in my mind I get stuck and think well this lactoferrin is helping me so that must mean it’s not my brain! But really it’s helping with inflammation and I think anything that helps with inflammation can help aid in getting me to a spot for brain retraining. But yea this gets me stuck sometimes

disagree…effective brain retraining involves repeating new thoughts to replace unhelpful thoughts. That’s how new neural pathways are formed…repetition.
