Your pen has two ways of inking. At the moment, it has what is called a converter installed. You need a bottle of ink to fill it. The screw fitting lets you suck the ink up into the pen. Otherwise, you can remove the converter and push the cartridge into the pen. Writing with a fountain pen is exceptional. I hope this helps.

The honor system is really crazy and awesome it you compare it to almost any other country in the world. Studied in Tokyo myself for 6 months and can´t compare my Country (Germany which is relatively safe as well) or any other place I´ve been to with Japan

I never tasted Wagyu beef, too expensive and hard to find here in Norway, but one day. That meal looked like a real treat, vending machines in Japan is such a cool thing over there, and I love that you got the self-check-outs, speaks volumes about the trust within a community when that is achieveable. The plunger is for filling up the pen from a bottle. You pull that out entirely and replace it with the cartridge.
The meat looks AMAZING, great idea to have it with the lettuce and sauce.
