- The hot sauce called Da' Bomb has taken down many a celebrity on the show "Hot Ones." Spice-lover and chef Matt Degen finally found a bottle to see if it's the real deal.

Been there, done that. When i saw your "dab" I said, "Oh no....he's NOT going to enjoy this." I'm a hot sauce addict. I use some form of hot sauce on something at least 5-6 days a week. I've probably got 50 bottles of various things in my cabinets, including Da Bomb. I cannot fine ONE single use for that crap. The heat-to-flavor ratio is just too extreme, and what flavor there is just isn't very good. It's worthless as a food IMO, although they sell massive quantities for RUclips thrill seekers! Kudos for trying and putting it on video!
Lol, thanks. I found the same to be true. I use hot sauce on everything and usually have 5 bottles open at a time, but I just couldn’t enjoy this stuff.
Your suppose to add just 1 drop to an entire batch of wings... like atleast 2 pounds.. its used for heat.. not for flavour
I also found that grapes help counter the spice/heat. A friend made some curry chicken and forgot that I didn't like inferno heat like her and her daughter. She didn't have any milk but had some white seedless grapes. I ate a few of those and was amazed at how fast it cut the heat.🤗

I actually like the taste of it. It's a bit bitter, a little bit smoky... honestly, I'm not crazy about sweet or fruity hot sauce. I like the darkness, and this had it in spades.
But yeah... it's seriously hot. You treat this one with respect.
