Lucas Oil Stadium has already hosted the men's Final Four three times (and will host in 2026). They know what they are doing when it comes to basketball in Indy. WNBA all-stars in an NFL stadium would be MENTAL!!!
I agree that an all-star game pitting the conferences against each other would be "nobody cares". But you could use other ways to light the competitive fire. A big one could be "rising stars vs vets" where one team has the younger half of the players and the other team has the older half of the players. I GUARANTEE each side would come into such a matchup on fire to prove something.
My question would be: The expansion draft depends on having contracted players to steal from the existing teams which would force them to play for the new teams. Now there won't be any. The expansion teams might try to claim any of the free agents they want but those players still can sign with anyone they want.

The Fever needs to use the stadium at least a few times.... The stadium says on their website the stadium was designed to host basketball games.
