    I have revered and honoured Ngugi ever since.

      Karuitha II Am eternally greatful my grand dad didnt give me any kaburu names. Tho in primary i got made fun of quite a bit coz i didnt have any so called "english" names. Welcome to the club muthuri.

    I liked it when talked about the land being stolen and taken away, and waiyaki watched rain drops hitting ground like soldiers marking time, and yet carrying away the soil.

    In the "River Between" the character Muthon was the victim of the circumstance, she helps the reader to come up with the play within the play stylistic device of the work of Art.

      There is nothing wrong with learning as many languages as possible but it is a shame to learn a foriegn language before learning your own
