    I thumbsed up this video as I do anytime I watch a video Brad makes back when it came out and I happened to come back to this video since I'm fixing to make some chicken thighs and to my surprise there was a thumbs down which is absurd so beware. Not sure how that happened but go back and look at some of the channels you watch and make sure your thumbs up are still thumbs up. Sorry Brad, I can assure you for as long as I've been a fan I would've never given you a thumbs down and hope you didn't see it and think I didn't like your content.     2 questions and 1 comment;
    1. how does the beef tallow stay sprayable, especially in the winter? does the pressurization in the can help with that?
    2. i never see you oil your grates. how does nothing stick? is it seasoning? i feel like im doing something wrong because if i tried to flip that chicken on my bbq, the skin would have stayed in place.

      Hi I worked for South Chicago packing, the wagyu tallow goes trough a crystallization process that separates the solid fat from the liquid fat, the liquid is What we pack into the spray cans, on cold days it might still congeal a bit, but if you just put the spray can in some hot water it will come back to normal.
