You've got the best BBQ channel on RUclips! I really like that you're integrating BBQ with other cooking methods and not just the same ol' bbq things. Great vids kid!
@Bradley…when you roll out your knife pouch, you should have the word SUBSCRIBE… stuck in one pocket like the dollar bill!! The sandwich is exactly what even non drunk guys like myself LOVE TO EAT!
Ever since I found your channel in June I've cooked Smoked Brisket, Smoked Pork Butt, Smoked Chicken and my husbands new favorite, Pork Steaks. Now I'm getting ready to dive into making home-made sausages & hot dogs. Ordered the grinder & mixer from MEAT and it's getting delivered tomorrow. I'm JAZZED! My husband is quite happy too, since he's the primary beneficiary of this new skill I'm learning! LOL
My favorite RUclips cooking channel outright! That said....anyone see Brad roll that bug right into his dough 3:07?? 😂😂 I don't care, I'm still eating it
@@establ It was a fly. And it flew away about the time Bradley put his hands on the dough to roll it. It's impossible to tell at normal speed, but slow it down enough and you'll see the fly is gone before he starts rolling.
Man I love your shows...You have taught me how to make Lots of different things. Entertaining Too. I quit shopping out and, I started making sausage, hot dogs and bread because of your channel....I know what's in the stuff I make at home... PS. Your seasonings are Spot On!!!! The Flavors are always a Big Hit with the Family and Friends Thanks.
Chuds BBQ!. What a sweeeet channel. I literally love every single video you do Bradley! Keep up the good work. Your channel deserves to be soooo much bigger! 👍👍
Okay... This was A-Mazing!!! All 3 kids and wife got seconds, and that never happens when everyone is happy. This was absolutely delicious. Love the vids Brad. My favorite BBQ channel. Keep it up!
Another awesome Bradley creation! You are right about the wrapping, that is a must to bring all the flavors together and gives the best finished texture. I see a couple of those in our very near future. Thanks Brad!
I think you would like the ease of a food dicer that dices in several sizes and also a mandolin to slice your veggies (i love paper thin onions in my burgers like they make em back in Oklahoma. Oklahoma onion burgers are getting very popular lately.) Anyhoo, these 2 manual devices make prep fast and easy. Those rolls look great! I'm gonna try to make them.
The way you did your research on the sandwich and did your best to stay true to the original without changing it is also worthy of a subscribe to your channel. You are an awesome cook!
Awesome as always Brad. Gonna make this for our family Sunday meal tomorrow. For anyone following the recipe, I needed an extra 40g of flour for the bread.
Spicy ketchup is literally always in the house now. I was just introduced to it and I'm obsessed with it. It has completely replaced ketchup for me, it's absolutely delicious.
As a New Yorker, i can tell that you did research into a food item that is not just a food item but a cultural stamp here, I must commend you my brother.
Just bought a 500 watt kitchenaid mixer with the meat grinder attachment so it's bun and sausage making time! I literally can't find 12" sub rolls anywhere. Can't wait
Get outta my head, Bradley! 😂😂😂 Excellent video, as always! I just made my first batch of homemade sausage, and I can’t thank you enough for all of the knowledge you’re dropping in all of your videos.
Hello Chuds BBQ! I like the idea of the turkey dinner! What happened to giblet gravy only textured by tint of "turkey stock. Yes. I like your twist. Lol. We all cook to enjoy and enjoy to cook
About time you used the SnS griddle pan! It only knows one speed. Super duper HOT! But cool to use anyways with its baked in smoke from all the cooks and grease before it.
Chud, I totally agree about making a sandwich out of a gorgeous steak. When I do make Philly cheese steaks it's when I find some cheep choice steaks on sale which doesn't happen often. Awesome video and when you pulled those buns out, oh my lord, those look awesome.
it looks sooo good! honestly the only thing different than the one in harlem is the sazon packets they put into the meat but who needs high blood pressure anyway. your mix looks much better
looks good to me!! I noticed you use a 1.5 hp grinder, could i get away with something smaller and cheaper? What would you recommend for the occasional weekend warrior?
It was daylight when you started and appeared to be well into the night when you finished. Homemade rolls and mayo, props! 👌 The end result I'm sure was amazing 👏 Enjoyed the video.
Greetings from Queens, NYC. Beautiful video Brad! My head exploded when you created your own sazon adobo. I’ve eaten more Chopped Cheese sandwiches than I’d like to admit. That said, I plan on sharing your video with the guys at my local bodega later today. Think you’re going to acquire a new group of fans!
Looked through your parts lists. I can’t find the source for the drip pan/griddle you cooked the burgers on. Could you drop a link on where to find it? Great videos…best of them all, imho.
I don't see a link to that half circle cast iron pan for your kettle.. you mentioned you use it for something other than cooking? You aren't clear on that... do you have a link to it and an explanation of how you usually use it on the kettle? Thanks!
Nice! Wish instead of "some" you could mention measures on your bread recipes! I'd like to start baking my own rolls like you do! As always great cook!
"I apoligize to all the NEW YORKERS....for comparing it to a PHILLY cheesesteak sandwich..." Im no genius but me thinks those are two different places! Love your videos and sense of humor. Learned a ton a great easy recipes from you.
Bradley, you REALLYneed to publish a cook book with all the recipes you have on here.
Do it Bradley.
I would buy one to put next to his mom's dip cookbook I bought.
Only if i get the first copy 😁
I'd buy one!!
It would go right next to my Franklin books

Man really love these videos! Got me a nice handmade offset and def trying your techniques
Incredible. You made your own sub rolls, mayo and seasoning. How awesome. Great job on a fantastic video.
Amazingly simple yet flawless execution. Pound for Pound you have the most underrated BBQ/Culinary Channel on RUclips
Looks amazing!
Not sure if it flew away but may have rolled a fly into the loaf at 3:05ish
Yup! I scanned through the messages to make sure I wasn’t the only one that caught that.
Caught that too!
Hahaha, I’m gonna just tell myself it got away. 😂
It did not get rolled into the dough. Play the video back at 0.25x speed and you can clearly see it fly away as his hands got closer.

His cholestorol thanks you!

Think I’d eat myself sick on that right there! Looks awesome. Editing is perfect. Get to see all the toppings prepped but doesn’t drag on forever.
Love the speed cutting and sounds. Always wanted to weld, you’re the man.✌🏾
My favorite RUclips cooking channel outright! That said....anyone see Brad roll that bug right into his dough 3:07?? 😂😂 I don't care, I'm still eating it

Best channel I follow!
Congrats on 200k!!! These look bomb!!! Porchetta video please!!!!
Wrapping and letting rest to set up is the secret to better deli-style sandwiches at home.
I also agree with most here by saying this is the best show on RUclips hands down 👍🏻
Finally got my slow and sear yesterday. Hopefully try my first brisket on the kettle this weekend.
Always love your videos, you never disappoint. Keep them coming

I think that’s what I saw to at about 3 minutes in

Bring on some Texas chili for fall on the smoker! Love the content.
Great job Brad!!! Awesome late night snack.
Looks great!! There is a place in Philly using homemade seeded rolls and cooper sharp cheddar. Man you’ve gotta try it..
The way the food was displayed at the end looked like a face. 🤣 as always your videos are magical
Just watched Brian Lagerstroms channel with the chop cheese.... both look amazing.
Great job sir! Awesome sandwich, I've going to try this on the campfire cookout this summer! Thank You 😀

What a delicious looking samwich!! I can’t believe how good looking those Rolls came out. I want to make this just to make those Rolls..
Great video. Came really close to rolling a fly up into one of those rolls though.

That looks fantastic! In Philly we have something similar called a Cheesesteak Hoagie.
Liking the new editing style with chopping and the bread jump cut.
Great looking sandwiches! what brand is that cast iron grill plate your using? Better keep an eye on them boots! thanks for posting👍👍
Did it still have a grilled taste the same as if you would use the other side of the grill?
Brad, can you share the product and/or link to your cast iron in the video? That looks way better than mine.
Food looks amazing as always! 🎉
Love your videos bro. What do you think about smoked pig shots? They worth it? Just heard about them tonight
I make these all the time - but wow you took it to a new level!
