Justin is pervekt
Great😍😍😍😍You are The best!
Awesome little Jane. I've been looking for a nice travel guitar and nothing sounds as nice. Also, check out RiverSong guitars out of B.C Canada.
When that piece together guitar was in tune... Blew my friggin mind!
My chin bounced open too
for 1500 bucks, it better stay in tune. :)
That guitar is awesome
Same here!
It looked like it blew Justins' mind too.
Mind is BLOWN! A "folding" acoustic guitar is true game changer. A "folding" guitar that stays in tune AFTER it has been disassembled and reassembled is life altering.
I actually like the tonal quality of the travel guitar the best. It has a warmer mellower sound. Everything sounds good in your hands Justin, after all, you can even play a shovel.
That looks about the size of my old Martin 0-18. I like the comfort of smaller acoustics and even if they're not as loud as dreadnaughts, they certainly can sound great.
That is crazy! The way you pulled that guitar out, put the neck back on, and it was so in tune. Blew my mind!
i knew you were the type of guy who would own a ceremonial knife like that just for guitars
Hahaha I was intreagued by the knife also. Bet the boxes don't argue with that
@@fatbaldandover40 hello Mr Over 40 not even the devil could tune his guitar, can't wait for the next sacrificial opening, I just hope the guitar is up to it,
Yeah, if I where a knifemaker, I would send him two: a folding, swung blade, and a Bowie type. Both made out of the best steel, flame blued, horn grip with silver work, textured leather sheets. ... but I‘m just a poor dental tech master struggling with his own life...
I am so proud on our Cz guitar producer Furch who builds such guitars, and you brought them to live with your super cool playing👍👍👍 greetings from 🇨🇿
Little Jane,straight out of the back pack,in tune,ohhh , I'm impressed
I was so prepared to see the guitar in tune..but when it actually happened, I was shocked beyond measure! Absolutely love that detachable guitar \m/
So cool to hear the back story and how it all turned out so well for this family. I like their innovative thinking, too.
" 'Usually', when you find a headstock loose in a case - it's not a good thing" LOL!! Classic. I gotta have one now.
Loved the look of shock on your face when you found the travel guitar in tune out of the box
I played the little Jane on my vacation. I was surprised too, that it was tuned. My family coming from Czech Republic. So I was very proud. Greeting from Germany ;)
As an outdoorsman the little Jane gets me excited for a new campfire/beach trip/ road trip guitar. Your videos are the best and I appreciate the time and knowledge you put into them. Always love to hear the sounds you pull from unique guitars very relaxing and takes me back in time.
The Fitch guitars look and sound phenomenal, that combined with Justin’s fingerpicking ,you end up with the sound of Angels.
Furch
Man that travel guitar is insane and the sound is unbelievable
It's a Wow Factor Guitar my man?
wow that was cool. I love the whole Czech Republic back story to Furch. I'm a jewelry designer and many of my designs feature vintage and antique beads from the Czech Republic!
I was in awe and drooling while Justine opens all the guitars...
And, the hell!!!?
The re-attached guitar was in tune!!!
That folding guitar is wicked man
I don't think I've heard Justin say "that is CRAZY" so many times in a single video. :)
Justin is one fantastic guitarist, and a great personality.
The. Little folded lady was perfectly insane
The sound!
I just bought one - a grand auditorium from their Blue line. Holy crap...I've been playing for 60 years fingerstyle blues, improvisation, jazz, etc. and have been looking for THE guitar for decades. Well, better late than never - I finally found it. Justin isn't kidding - the build quality is second to none and the tone - OMG...it sings forever - melodic, incredible harmonics and musicality. Value for what you pay - not one single manufacturer can touch these. Nobody...if I knew about this brand years ago I would have saved a ton of money. For the guitarist - having a Furch is a one and done - well, maybe two or three....LOL
Bob, thank you very much for your kind words 🙏🏻 💛
Love your passion Justin, that little Jane blew my mind! Made a cigar box guitar after watching one of your videos which I have played to death, couple years on and I've now got my first commission. Keep doing what your doing my man
A friend showed me a folding neck guitar several years ago, and I was impressed with that. This is even more impressive. Thanks for this, and especially for your version of Windy and Warm. Thumbs up to crush a troll.
This is awesome. Great sound!! Amazing being in tune..
Nice to make us discover these new guitars.
Very impressive the dismountable guitar. Thanks Justin Johnson
Got so excited watching someone open boxes like presents at Christmas...but the history is EPIC!!!
Been looking at Furch guitars for a while, Sean Daniels was the first I saw using one. Furch seems to be very innovative while retaining old school charm. They sound great! Probably one of, if not the finest acoustic producers on
the planet. Justin is, well, a master!
Thank you Stan! ♥️
Thanks for this video.I am from Czech republic, and I heard about Furch guitars few days ago.Now I can see the guitar in action, very nice playing.Thank You.
I'd love to hear a full video of windy and warm like at 9:49!
I like 13:26
Yes ......Windy and Warm from Doc
i have the furch LJ sitka spruce.
I love it. Best purchase ever.
It is a serious piece, can not be a dreadnought sound of course, but for fingerstyle it is wonderful and IT IS LOUD. Sustain is killer and bright.
Many purists say it is heavy on the neck. It is a bit. But what the hell, you can pack it and carry on a flight with a 13 inch laptop too.
Then if you sit down you do not notice it.
Yes it stays in tune.
I am even happy if i loose a connecting flight and pick it up and play.
For heavy strumming it is not so great, but for fingerstyle it is a masterpiece.
It is LOUD. you can play on the windy beach and still hear it perfectly.
NO BRAINER
Thanks, Justin! Furch are great sounding guitars, all of them. And yes, Czech instruments , or generally Czechoslovakian instruments including guitars always had great qualities. Even in communist times! Like I guess one of the first electric guitars played by George Harrison and Jimmy Page were Futurama/Grazioso designed by a Mr Ruzicka and made at Drevokov Co-operative at Blatn in Czechoslovakia under the Trade name of Resonet (Later it was produced under Jolana name). Also, among modern Czhech guitars (acoustic) BSG guitars are incredibly well made and sound.
I recently purchased a Furch Blue Plus GC-SW from my local retailer. I'd never heard of them but as soon as I play it as was blown away by the tone, resonance and sustain. Just incredible. Suits my open tuning perfectly. The guy at the store told me about the Little Jane but I couldn't get my head around the way he described it. Defied logic! But having seen it in your video think I might have to have one! Looking forward to your next videos on the Furch!
That little Jane guitar is very impressive! Genius design
& Concept...the other guitars are also impressive. Never heard of Ferch guitars. Good description & information nice video Justin thanks.... not to mention your awesome playing!👍
Windy and Warm sounded so good!
That travel guitar is ultra-cool!
I'd never heard of Furch guitars until a year or so ago when a friend who is a guitar aficionado and works in a guitar store managed to get a great deal on a used one. He's a HUGE fan of these; wish I was in the market for one myself.
Really enjoying your talent and stories..thank you so much!
Wow!! Amazing guitars! Amazing review!!
Seriously, I loved this review and loved the sounds of your playing. You are seriously one of our greats. Juicy slide mixed with great wholesome licks. Thanks man!!
So happy to have found your channel, and the history included is one heck of bonus brother love
Most excellent playing! Great video. Thank you!
Amazing playing Justin guitar sound is fantastic thanks for great videos
Wow, I can’t believe that travel guitar stays in tune!! Also, I can’t even see the pick guard on the other models. Beautiful!!
Dude, your guitar collection is getting insane!!! 🤘🤘
Great description of everything, the "voicing" of the top was very interesting!! Thx Justin. Well as far as the Little Jane...........my Martin backpacker will never look the same now.....
it's always such a pleasure to watch Justin play anything with strings on it.
The last guitar is totally crazy. Also in tune! Incredible! My favorites in terms of sound convinced me the dark guitar then the smaller and finally the lighter guitar.
Great Vid as alwayz Justin! That back pak guitar is tha Shiznit!
glad you came to the futch, mine is a green, 2019 dc-sr-spe and I love it. I know you will love yours too.
Thanks for showing off these fantastic guitars
Furch guitars have extrordinary tone,. The attention to detail, especially concerning how they level the thickness of the soundboard for perfect tone is brilliant, although the finish of the soundboard (face) should have been nitrocellulose for breathing and tone. That Little Jane is pure freaking engineering genius and sounds absolutely fantastic. The idea that when you reassemble the headstock to the neck and neck to the body and the guitar is in tune is mindblowing. The only problem is that there is no room in the back pack for your Sherpa..
Hello Eric, thank you very much for all those sweet words! 💛 PS: Sherpa is not needed 😉
My hero, just watching you un box stuff is such a treat ,J.J. your many guitars ,your humility your talent can fill
The room!!!
Wow 12:50 that guitars surface is like a mirror!!
That Furch is (for my taste) the almost best sounding I ever heard. Soft refined tones, no frequency in yo‘ face , just mellow fine harmonic melodiosity.
This morning I was satisfied with my three and a half guitars, one had an accident. Not anymore thanks to Furch and Mr. Johnson, plus there is a rather large puddle of drool on my desk. Now I have to get a towel and apply for more credit! Looks my next guitar will be a Furch.
Cheers for the solid video, very enjoyable and good info.
I just got my little Jane and I'm just amazed as how good it sounds and holds on in the road. I came from an desert environment and now traveling in northern Spain and every time I take it out and put it together, say less than a minute, it is mostly in tune, just a few cents off here and there.
I love it and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of bringing a guitar on the road.
PS. I have another 3 "travel guitars" and they come nowhere near the Little Jane.
Wow!!! I know that I am going to get roasted for saying this but, that Little Jane has the same tone as a 1929 Gibson when you play it with the slide! I have listened to those old blues songs for many years and man, it's freaking amazing how close they are in tone. I think that it has something to do with the cutout for storing the neck. Anyways, I am a huge fan of you and your style of playing. Keep the faith and keep doing what you do for your music! Love you brother!
Man snaps a guitar together like a model car, and it is in perfect tune, and one of the most beautiful sounding acoustics I have ever heard. I need one of those in my life.
That sunburst is BEAUTIFUL - but the sound though - INCREDIBLE!!!!!
I would have like to hear some slide on that one....
I love these unboxing videos, you will need a warehouse soon for all these beauties. Incredible, in tune out of the box. You are somehow blessed. I think you got the soul of Jonny C.......keep it up , never stop........Paul. R
Hey Justin. Its so Great to see your unboxing video,s, and your playing man, just love it😎 . greetings from The Netherlands
Inlays to die for, wow, FURCH really has it nailed with quality guitars in all aspects.
Crazy guitar love it great job Justin
Kiddo, when I hear you play, I know everything is right in the world. Really really loved the guitars, beautiful. Thanks.
From Brazil ... a big hug to everyone!
Greetings from the USA! I promise we're not all as ridiculous as it seems right now!..Big hugs back to you!
The Little Jane ....Head Shaking .... unbelievable, put that thing together and it is in tune....tztz...!? Cool!
Thanks for the great video Justin
well i learned something today.a foldup guitar. i never knew that could be done and stay in tune. wow! tyvm for shareing your knowledge with us. just subscribed
The fold up model is stunning, i did not expect to hear it play in tune first time round, but boy, have they got things sorted out well, you could not get better tuning if you spent ten minutes on most giutars, what a lovely bit of kit you could not ask for more.
Lil Jane sounds great, has a big sound! Glad to see you working for G.W. Furch guitars look n sound excellent, especially when you are putting them through their paces!
Thank you very much for developing your skills to such a high degree. Those of us with no talent whatsoever appreciate you greatly.
Beautiful Guitars Justin. I had heard of Furch. Was in the Check Republic a few years back and saw some from the locals. TY for explaining the history of the company. Definitely a guitar I'll be looking into. I have a Martin HD28-V, and a really sweet Taylor 214 (with solid woods). They are both my dream guitars. Still, it's awsome that a company like Furch put so much TLC, fine technology, and beautiful woods together for the money. Think I'll look into to a nylon from them. Gorgeous. Thanks for showcasing these fine instruments. Great playing as well, brother!
How that little Jane stays in tune is beyond me. : )
Thank you for your video Justin, just bought a Furch Yellow Series G CR C, tommorow I'll get home and will try it out! Can't wait to come home )) Would like to hear your toughts on Cedar tops in general, lots of respect from UK! ( now I'm saving some money for a Little Jane, perfect guitar for a merchant sailor such as myself).
You have a BEAUTIFULLY REMARKABLE guitar collection. I thought J.Beck had many beauties, but you have certainly seemed to have collected even more.
Interesting history of guitars, as well, thank you SO MUCH!
You have an amazing blend of artistic talent and engineering abilities. I absolutely love the way you play...I gotta start picking more!
Waouuhhhhh, I went to try the little Jane yesterday ..... what a sound ..... it sounded better than its big sister that I also tried to compare ... suddenly I bought the little Jane c 'was what I needed to go on a trip by plane ......... Thank you Justin for making us discover this brand
Manufakturen Česká Republika perfekt.
Wow sounds great! Thanks 🙏
Been playing classical and finger style guitar for nearly 50 years. Just bought the violet gs-y furch. Easily the best playing and sounding steel string I’ve ever heard or played. And a laminate back. Martins guilds Gibson’s Alvarez loprinzi. Prior To this a handmade Yamaha fg1500 from 1971 held the title but it’s not even close.
these are gorgeous, and in tune ready..
All 3 sound BOTH Warm and Raw at the Same time!!!
It's like Listening to John Fogerty's "Range" just these 3 guitars!!!👏👏👏👍
Justin, thank you so much for showing us those beautiful Furch Guitars. I love the little Jane, What a crazy way to make a guitar. The sound that comes out of it is deep and rich. I look forward to your next videos, Peace
