I took my blackjack 42 out a few weeks ago and my recovery boat broke literally 6 inches from the shore. It flipped over probably 500 feet away. Talk about lucky. That Horizon Harbor tugboat is pretty slow, but it’s got a decent amount of torque.

Plastic props suck. Try a octura y537 3 blade prop you can see it perform on my e32 video

Self Righting boats are the only kind I have, screw having to do that tube thing…lol
Pro Boat makes some really good ones. Of course Traxxas comes out finally with a self righting one a month after I bought our second Pro Boat🙄🤣

Traxxas hulls kinda suck.
Is what it is.
Carbon fiber inlay it and reenforce the hull seam.
(Where its joined at the center line)
Those rubber cooling sleeves leak like a beotch.
Switch over to an aluminum sleeve.
Sharpened and balanced props matter.
The stock plastic one break.

Felony looks so awesome and tempting but has rear tires and different differentials whereas Infraction is same platform all rounder with okish looks.

1600 kv stock and I think yours is 2200 or 2400 The stock esc might not handle the amps. Should be ok
