This is very very helpful (thank you!), but, when I go to assessments, my test does not show up in the box as an existing test. Is it because it has been already deployed?

For example, Question 1 Christmas is The Greatest Festival of Christians. It is Held on 25th December Every Year. It is Held to Celebrate The Birthday of Jesus Christ. He Was Born on This Particular Day. Christians Celebrate The Day in Many Ways. The Festival Goes on For a Week. Churches and Houses are Nicely Decorated With Lights and Flowers. Christians Sing Carols. They Go to Churches For Special Prayers. Christmas Trees are Made. Family Meetings are Held Around This Tree. They Worship Jesus on The Day. People of Other Religions also Join This Festival. Thus Christmas is a Festival of All. 1.a. When is Christmas celebrated? 2.a. Why is Christmas celebrated? 3.a. Where to we go on Christmas day? How do I set to display these questions in one page. Imagine if there are more than one set questions like this (1.a, 1.b.....then there's 2.a., 2.b....), how do I display each set of questions in one page?
Dear Professor Gerdes, thank you for this very informative video. I guess its next to impossible to prevent students from cheating by looking at their notes if they are taking an online test. And they WILL do that.
Hello there, thank you so much for your video. I do have question regarding test availability. I know under test availability how to set the date when they can see it, but when I click on the eyeball to show me students view, I don’t see there test in there for them to view, if that makes since. I’m sorta new at this and still learning. Once again, thankyou

I deployed a test, gave my students the time when they had to take it. 1 student missed the window entirely, and another student somehow submitted the test after only answering one question. That was over a week ago; ever since, I've been trying various ways to make this test available for these 2 students, to no avail. I just cannot figure it out...
@@Professor-Gerdes1 I have used "course copy" to copy a whole course, but can you use it to copy just one test? I have been having numerous problems with trying to copy tests from previous classes and when the student clicks on it nothing is there. I am about to give up and just recreate the tests form scratch. That is why I am watching this video

The students then have to supply me with the four steps. What sort of 'question' is that in BB? Any tips on setting that up? Thank you in advance!
After clicking the "Submit" button I receive this message " A value must be provided. Question Text." My question text box has been filled out. Any ideas what this may be? Thank you!
You are talking too fast! I am trying to write down the instructions! Also you kept making mistakes and going back and changing what you said. Please write a script and redo this! I am going to look for a better video!

Sorry. I don't have the bandwith to do much more. Just trying to get the most effective, biggest bang for the buck and that is basic multiple choice.

How to make a test available to only one student (make up test)?
Professor Gerdes, can you help me with something? I deployed a test, gave my students the time when they had to take it. 1 student missed the window entirely, and another student somehow submitted the test after only answering one question. That was over a week ago; ever since, I've been trying various ways to make this test available for these 2 students, to no avail. I just cannot figure it out...
this is very tedious compared to paper exam. can i ask you how do you prevent cheating? is it even possible?
But. it is set and it will autograde for you. To answer your question, tools like Respondus Lockdown Browser and Respondus Monitor help.

I know how to create it but how do I share it with my students if it is under test , surveys and polls.

If it turned pink, something is wrong with the question. It could be as simple as a missing period or missing asterisk.
