Golf is a game that brings all people together right or left. My father was military and my brother and I only played military courses. The time was late 60’s. Both of us were long haired surfers and golfers. When we went to the military courses we stood to the side of the first tee and the men that we would join would ask the starter who are we playing with. He would point to us and they would look at us in disgust. Remember this was during the Vietnam War. They would tee off then my brother and would bomb driver down the middle. After a few holes they would be talking to us as if we were long time friends and forget that they were playing with two long hair hippy types.
When explaining the huge interest in that video, you also need to take into account that golf has always been a very large part of former President Trumps identity, while very few people have really seen him play.
I'm 58. I've shot sub-par golf. I've had many 300+ yard drives. I have made ONE hole-in-one. After watching this, I'm pretty sure Trump would kick my ass 8 out of 10 times on any day. Nice to see a man out of the limelight being himself. Seems like a good dude. Peace, Love!!

I love your channel Rick. I do believe, however, you missed the mark on this. In my opinion, the reason the video is so amazing is not simply that Bryson made a video with Donald Trump. Its that Donald Trump played better golf than most golfers can play. And he did it at age 78, and Donald Trump took so much risk here. Can you imagine if he plays poorly? The US media are constantly saying Donald Trump cheats at golf, is not really any good, ect ect. This video proved that Donald Trump is an absolute boss at golf. This is why all my friends have been watching it and even my friends that hate Trump watch it because they keep hearing how good Uncle Donald played. The fact that Donald Trump played this well and had two solo birdies and a solo eagle all on his own while playing with one of the best players in the world is what makes this video so spectacular to watch! From my part when I watch the Trump versus Bryson golf video it made me dust off my clubs and start practicing again. I haven't played golf in two and a half years since my worst round ever. LOL now I can't wait to get back on the course.
I would have to agree that Bryson is pushing the sport a lot. I’m very new into golf, I used to only watch some of Ricks vids about 2 years ago to learn how to swing the club and watch his pointers. After only going to ranges and top golf, I’ve put altogether 12-14 hours of practice before hitting my first course last weekend. And now I’m obsessed with the game, grew so much respect, and I found myself watching Bryson’s vids a lot now as I’m getting into it, and watching his video with trump breaking 50 was just so impressive to me, I find myself watch way more vids on golf, I’ve found Grant, Good Good, and I’m sure to find many more on my new journey, but props goes to Rick first for teaching me the basics and helping me in my initial journey

To call Bryson’s video with Trump an amazing win is an understatement. First of all the format was perfect. He and Trump were a team so there were no winners or losers when it came to the challenge. Bryson won just for pulling off having the potentially best guest that anyone could get. Bryson had the chance to showcase his talent but more importantly Trump had the chance to back up his braggadocios comments from the debate with Biden. The man can really play regardless of his age but he can REALLY play for a guy pushing 80. Then there was the charity to aid American soldiers wounded in battle and a substantial amount of money was raised. Like Tiger, I think Bryson is the face of golf innovation. Tiger ushered in a new way of playing the game that was powerful and exciting, controlling and shaping the ball flight like nobody else. Bryson is as much brain as braun as he experiments with the single-length irons, huge grips, and now even adding bulge and roll to irons! Who knows how huge Tiger would have been if social media was big when he was first coming up? I think Bryson is hitting his stride in both golf and social media, and the timing of the two makes for exciting golf on the course and online.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable video to watch. fascinating really. President Trump is a really good player, and Bryson was the perfect guy to bring him on and play a round with. They both played extremely well. I was very impressed with Trumps game. It gave us all a closer inside look at both of these guys in a great setting, and most of all it was for a great cause.
The only problem i have with the video, even here, is that the video was a fundraiser for wounded warriors. That I feel was just underplayed. Could have been promoted better.

I like playing golf but have never watched it. Bryson driving over the pond on that one par 5 was the reason I started watching. Unbelievable talent and personality. So...Trump set a very high bar with his play. How likely is it that "others" may not want to come up short. I frankly was amazed at his play, he missed 1 fairway. Not sure about GIR but if he missed it wasn't by much. I had heard he was a decent golfer, but damn!

Like Tiger, I think Bryson is the face of golf innovation. Tiger ushered in a new way of playing the game that was powerful and exciting, controlling and shaping the ball flight like nobody else. Bryson is as much brain as braun as he experiments with the single-length irons, huge grips, and now even adding bulge and roll to irons! Who knows how huge Tiger would have been if social media was big when he was first coming up? I think Bryson is hitting his stride in both golf and social media, and the timing of the two makes for exciting golf on the course and online.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable video to watch. fascinating really. President Trump is a really good player, and Bryson was the perfect guy to bring him on and play a round with. I actually went back and watched it again. Now we all want to see a two vs two scramble. President Trump and Bryson vs Obama and Kai Trump,... or something similar. LOL

They both played extremely well. I was very impressed with Trumps game. It gave us all a closer inside look at both of these guys in a great setting, and most of all it was for a great cause.
The only problem i have with the video, even here, is that the video was a fundraiser for wounded warriors. That I feel was just underplayed. Could have been promoted better.

With the success of that video Bryson started a new age in RUclips. Not only was this a first for golf, this was a first for all of RUclips. This is the first time we have seen a President “in their element” on RUclips and it’s just the beginning of long form political ads.

Little is mentioned how Trump didn’t take a salary while president and donated it all to charities. Wounded Warrior is a great cause. Have been giving to them for years. How many people in DC do charity events for causes they believe in? President Trump is for real.

I like playing golf but have never watched it. Bryson driving over the pond on that one par 5 was the reason I started watching. Unbelievable talent and personality. His RUclips work with Grant and others show him to be a genuine guy. I want to root for people that I like.
