the courts in tom green county texas ,exploited a small family issue and turned it in to a nightmare for me and my family , there were no injuries and blatant and obvious lies were ignored by law enforcement and the DA. they pushed everything such as an EPO over false accusations alone not one shred of credible evidence . the magistrate put an EPO in place that caused me to abandon my bed ridden father who was 87 and an amputee , it forced me to abandon and neglect him causing his care taker to call adult protective services one month after EPO and the magistrate that placed the EPO was well aware of the severe hardship it would cause . it is sick what these souless creatures that work in these court houses get away with . they have done whatever they wanted to me lied on police reports with held body cam footage . multiple lies by the complaining witness and law enforcement and i even pointed it out and gave supporting evidence proving it. lawyer doesnt want to put in the work or effort despite paying him $20,000. its a rigged system .. my family is totally destroyed because of these tyrants in san angelo ,tx..
Hello, I recently got a 2nd DUI and the first one took place when I was 16 years old no license nothing and I did everything I had to do probation, AA, Morgue, got all certificates and I got it sealed/dismissed, got my license at 18, now I am 21 years old and regret this moment of course but I over drank and crashed in the highway against some rocks and got some fractures but that’s taken care of, the insurance, the car is taken care of so i don’t have to worry about that now, I got my 2nd DUI, I did get a lawyer but I just want to know if you have an idea of what I will be expecting? In the state of California. This just happened almost 2 weeks ago Thank You!
I'm sorry that you're going through this. I'm not licensed to practice in California and I'm not sure how your county is handling this type of case. In San Antonio, they would enhance this to a DWI 2nd (still a misdemeanor) and would probably offer to reduce this to a DWI 1st and give you probation.
