El destino los unió y ellos aceptaron el reto el público los acepto y ellos respondieron a ese amor dando al mundo canciones glamour esplendor brillo y mucha música bailable simón el más bello
I don't blame Roger for doing what he did. To be a complete recluse for 30 years and then come back and being welcomed back with opened arms. :) He didn't want what the other guys wanted until now. :)
It's amazing how Roger went from being "the shy one" to one of the guy who does some of the best and funniest interviews now. The man is freaking hilarious!!! I'm so glad he decided to stick around after the reunion of the original members. Duran Duran was never the same without him!!
I'm a little disappointed that Behind The Music made no mention of "A View To A Kill" - the final song, at the time, recorded by the original line-up which was a number one hit and one of the band's best known songs.
Power Station was in a different universe than DD. Both bands are great, but John and Andy made it clear that Power Station wasn't going to go beyond a single album. Interestingly enough, Power Station DID reunite at one point, but John opted out because he was getting clean and sober at that time. Personally I loved (and still do!) both bands, but Duran was always #1 in my book.

he needed a break he was burnt out and probably the attention was giving him anxiety he was the shy one
I wondered what happened to Roger😒
@@aprilgosa6315 I think it was said that he wanted to devote time to his wife, and start a family, too.

I have sung A View To A Kill for Karaoke 🤗👍🎤
I did not know DD were in a boat race🤗
What a silly comment.
IMO, there's no way the power Station could've hurt DD's popularity at all.
