Hi Dudz 👋 thanks ! A bit of cut n paste on it. It was sang at 128 bpm & the song is 125, so you can hear the joins a bit, but im sure all my demanding listeners will forgive it 😅 I have a Trax with my first Sub 37 sample on it that's been waiting for my attention. I lm just back from my dark place, I took a week off so i'm really keen to get back & start Moog~in. It's snowing ❄ here already so maybe a cold winter is on the way. The famous Black Friday sale is on and the software companies are relentless. The Korg M1 came back on at half price with over 3000+ sounds on this full version. I had the lite version that we talked about. Im also lifting my boycott on Arturia for their bad customer service as they offered me a crossover deal on thier 31 effects bundle for €49 (roughly £40 uk) it's €499.00 normally. I shall pay back a little money that I borrowed for the amazing sub 37..., it's car insurance month too, so it's going to be a very poor and clean month ahead for me, but with more music gear that I can shake a stick at.Whare to start, poor me, how shall I ever cope 😊. I called mylarmelodies flash harry for going too fast on a Hydrasynth demo yesterday. He got back to me with a link for a proper tutorial by Red means record. We laughed it off, it was so kind of him to do that for me. I checked out that Nior di? bl? chap you mentioned. I had seen some of his videos a long while back. He sure knows his stuff. Well done on your new video it's looking all very professional. Did you get to swap to the Behringer neutron ? I seen a lovely video on that synth the other day. I'm definitely keeping mine
OMG, your a junkie! But I guess I am too. Yeah, I got the neutron but haven't used it yet, as my Keystep pro is in for repair. I can't stand the red front panel and couldn't find an overlay that I like, but managed to get a hold of the top panel graphics so I'm gonna modify that and have my local metalworks paint it black and do a custom silkscreen design. I've accepted the fact that my favorite part of this hobby is to get my studio looking just so, haha. Glad to hear you're feeling better :)
@@dudfazLol . Said the pot to the kettle. Truth is I faild badly as a Junkie. I tried my damned hardest, but my Zen always consistently brought me back to sober just so I could experience the real gut wrenching pain of life 😏 Records exercise shoes clothes perfumes and now synth brought out the worst in me as far as OCD & hoarding goes. The Sub 37 will be the end of this particular addiction now. I'll need to find something else, gawd know what that will be. Something free would be nice. You could of told me that the sub 37 was obnoxiously large :) I spent hours cleaning off the biodegrading spandex rubber from the modulation and pitch wheels, a very common problem with them so I found out. My MPC X was tacky to the touch aswell. It's not just this horrible dank country doing it either. These manufacturers need to stop using this stuff immediately. You have to clean it back to the Bakelite plastic underneath with rubbing alcohol and a lot of bloody patience. Fortunately I've been successful, i'm quite fastidious like that. The sub 37 came off of a stationery travellers site (oxymoron) in fields of lock up cargo containers on the outskirts of Bristol. it lived on a converted hippy bus and was neglected in it's box for several years. Its like new again now but I guess you beat me with the pimp my ride, taking the face plate off the new synth for your own bespoke design. Not liking the other colours available, poor you ! It must be hard being that nuts 😅 I spilt my emotional guts way back & now we're really seeing who the Dud Faz is....You are unique
@jaderington 😆 Yeah, I've had the pleasure of dealing with that rubbery goo as well ~ it's insane that companies continue to do it. I guess it's a cheap way to give a premium feel on the shop floor. Anyway, a bit of restoration can be quite rewarding. You digging the sounds?
@@dudfazSo yeah I did a little "sound design" on the sub 37 tonight. It was all very nice especially as so far I've cleaned it for longer that I've actually used it for sound. It is definitely a thing of beauty and probably deserve someone better that I to get the max out of it, but at least its not still rotting in it's box unloved on a bus in a field. You shall here it in action on my next upload. It yealds more easily than the Hydrasynth does so it its not entirely wasted on me, but nor is the Hydrasynth for that matter. I finally feel accomplished with my studio equipment choices and I give it my full dedication at every opportunity. I hope you get your midi keyboard fixed soon to see if the Behringer neutron pleases you. If it doesn't I will be very surprised
Making good use of those vocal samples!
