HI Dudz , I hope you're cool 😎 Thanks for your comment. It's a funny ol mash up, but it's complet. It was nice to use the Blofeld again and the new Hans Zimmer six oscillator Moog (clone~ish) software was interesting, on sale for £100, I couldn't let that pass. Its more of a geeks dream rather than little ol me. Im not sure what's next. The Behringer neutron and the Solar 42f maybe. Dare I try to cv 🤔 patch the two or should I stay in my lane. I want something ambient but funky. Hopefully it'll come to me, I cant blame the tools 😶 im getting a deal on a huge vocal ssmple pack so no shortage there.
@@dudfaz, lol , shut up Dudz : ) I did actually make a patch tonight with just the S42f. We're definitely down the modular rabbit hole here. It's too expensive not to try and explore it. The standard fresh out the box sound is nice once or twice, but after that not so much. It's better off as a break away synth from constantly producing music where things don't need to be too precise, or perfect, that's the whole point of it I guess, it can sound shit too. I sampled about 5 minutes of variations on the patch I made with the sequencer and quite a few patch cables ( Get me ) I added a beat and pull out Knif synth, a wierd synth that cost 15 grand if you bought the actual hardware. It's CPU heavy as its trys to emulate lots of valves so you have to use it before the Trax get too busy. At this early stage I'm quietly confident that I might have pulled it off. Ambient and funky coming right up : ) We shall see within a week. Until next time Dudz 🥴
Nice one Jade! I enjoy your sensibilities with vocal samples.
